Parking for two cars under the house allows entry and exit to your vehicles with protection from the sun and rain. Three flights of stairs not your idea of fun? No worries the private elevator provides access from the ground floor all the way up to the top.
The first stop is the middle floor which boasts a large primary King ensuite with a bathroom featuring twin vanities and a stand up shower. This bright and cheery room is the perfect place to relax on the comfy large bed. Kick back and read a book or watch a movie on the large mounted Smart TV. From the private balcony the ocean invites you to relax! Melt into the Adirondack chairs, listen to the gulls calling and the waves lapping at the shore. Stress will surely be blown away by the ocean breeze.
Take a short walk down the hallway, you will find a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, conveniently located beside the Surf's Up king bedroom. Warm and cozy rattan furnishings along with the vintage surfboard on the wall sets the tone for the simplicity of a time gone by! Give in to its beckoning to unplug! The serene views from the sound side private balcony come alive at sunset as the horizon is set ablaze.
