Although Beach Breezes is second row, a vacant oceanfront lot directly across the street allows for uninterrupted views of the Atlantic. From the living room, kitchen, and enclosed porch, you’ll enjoy sweeping vistas of the ocean. Public beach access is just steps away—simply cross the lightly traveled Ocean Drive and you’re on the sand.

Inside, the open-concept floor plan welcomes you with a bright and airy kitchen, dining, and living area—perfect for gathering with family and friends. The fully equipped kitchen includes ample storage and all the essentials for preparing meals and entertaining. A dining table offers space for the whole group to share meals and stories from the day. The living room features cozy seating, a flat-screen TV with DVD player, Wi-Fi, and a ceiling fan for added comfort. Step through sliding glass doors to the enclosed porch - ideal for morning coffee, evening reading, or simply listening to the waves or unwind on the oceanview sundeck.

The main level includes three bedrooms and one full bathroom. The first bedroom features a queen bed and TV, while the other two offer full-size beds. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans for warm summer nights. On the lower level (must access from outside the home) you’ll find a second full bathroom and a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer—perfect for rinsing off after a beach day.

Two dogs are welcome with no size limit (pet fee required). Smoking and vaping are not permitted. Linens are not included but can be pre-ordered.
