Great family getaway minutes from the beach! Wether you are coming to the beach, visiting your marine, or looking for a great place to fish, this is it! Right around the corner from the boat ramp, and right outside the back gate of Camp Lejuene. The house is also located 10 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Topsail Island. The house has plenty of open spaces for family dinners and games. The backyard is equipped with loads of fun! Hot tub, ping pong, corn hole, badminton, or just relaxing on the covered deck or patio.

We had a blast. Very spacious , private back yard. Hot tub was fantastic. Didn’t use game room but I’m sure we will when we go back. We have friends in Jacksonville and this place is perfect to entertain friends when we come down. All 4 bedrooms had tvs and were rather spacious. Just alll around fun home away from home

Graduation

My wife and I along with our son-in-law & his parents stayed at this conveniently located home for three nights last week. The hot tub was a fantastic addition. The backyard is private and there is a covered deck with a game room that has ping pong & corn hole boards. The house is well stocked with kitchen equipment. The most amazing thing was that when some friends came over we found a closet with quality toys for the kids to play with.

Just right for our large family

Plenty of room, nice and clean, secure, well kept back yard. When some of the advertised play equipment was missing, the owner went to extra effort to bring by the cornhole boards and some paddleball rackets and ball to compensate. The only neighbor was playing music a little loudly outside and making unusual noises on his back porch one evening, so was glad for the fence :-). Overall a great experience, with only a few minor issues, but prefer to let the owner know those directly, in light of their responsiveness. Yes, we recommend the property and the owners.

Military Retirement

We were 7 of the attendees for a family member's retirement from the Marines. The location was perfect for accessing events on-based. There was a concern that someof the dishes in the cupboards were not clean and some of the bedding was stained, but we loved the back yard!

The privacy of the backyard area was amazing, rooms were comfortable. Easy to find and within a good range of a lot of things to do. We spent most of our time in the backyard seating areas and couldn't jave been happier. 10/10 recommend.

More than expected.

We arrived at the rental within minutes of the beach. We drove right to the home, address was easy to find and close to shops and food. The home was beautiful inside and out. Very spacious rooms, very clean and well stocked. The pool house and hot tub was nice after a long day, fenced in yard made perfect place for kids to play and not have to worry about running toward the road. Carol reached out to us shortly after arrival to check on things and offered some advise for restaurants. Carol was very welcoming with the personalized plate upon entering the home with a big of popcorn and area maps. We recommend this home to anyone visiting the area and we will be returning. Wonderful place to stay!

The house was well stocked, clean, and comfortable. The game room, hot tub, and supplies for outside activities in the fenced in backyard was an added bonus. It was centrally located to all we wanted to do. I would recommend this home to others. The owner is very responsive to messages . I look forward to staying here again.

The pictures had us excited about this rental, but when we showed up we were blown away. The property is larger than we thought. There were 8 of us total, 7 adults and 1 child, and there was more than enough space. The dinner table was accommodating and the kitchen well stocked. The hot tub was fun, and the outdoor space amazing. The beach was a short drive away and the floors were easy to clean up. I'd definitely recommend Carol's place if you're looking for a place to rent.

Great Place!

We stayed with my adult kids and one grandson , there was plenty of room , it looks small but is really much bigger then you think. Its so private and away from the hustle and bustle of the normal beach property . We enjoyed the big fenced in yard and games . I would reccomend this place to anyone and plan to go back.Carol was extremely easy to work with ,actually called me and said when do you need the house, and made it happen!
