North Topsail Beach offers seclusion from the hustle & bustle of downtown island life, and is itself a getaway within a vacation destination. The island is truly paradise, and the colors popping from the sunset views are breathtaking. Come enjoy the expansive accommodations, the beach, the pool (seasonal*) and all the amenities that Topsail has to offer!

This is a brand new listing, from loving & caring owners that are now sharing their retreat with you for the first time. Please see our sister listing in this same neighborhood by either using the map or sending a message to the host. We will be adding more pictures as they become available, showcasing more of the living spaces as the house gets set up and ready for guests!

This is a 4 bed, 4 bath very spacious beach house with plenty of decking to enjoy the most spectacular sunset views on the island! Enjoy dry weather entry from under the carport, and ride the elevator if you'd like from the bottom all the way to the top floor master! You'll find a fully stocked kitchen, beach themed furnishings and some custom handmade decorative pieces from the owners, ceiling fans throughout, multiple wall-mounted 4K Smart & Roku TVs (including a 75" in the large living room!) and even a dedicated desk and chair space for getting some work done on your trip if you can't completely unplug! Each bedroom features style, luxurious linens, and access to private decking to soak up the sun and enjoy those amazing views. The home also features outdoor furnishings including bistro set, dining bench and several Adirondack chairs for your outdoor comfort.

Get ready to do as much or as little as you would like, it's time to relax & unwind on island time :)

Linens and bath towels are provided for your comfort & convenience! Bedroom configurations are as follows:
-Bedroom 1: One King bed (master with ensuite bath) on its own separate floor
-Bedroom 2: One King bed (master with ensuite bath)
-Bedroom 3: One Queen bed
-Bedroom 4: One Full bed and one Twin/Twin bunk bed
Note that bedrooms 2-4 are all on the same floor.

We provide many beach items on site including chairs, umbrella, skim boards, etc. There are also multiple rental shops on the island available to meet all of your additional home & beach rental needs! (see digital guidebook sent upon booking)

Elevator - Runs from ground level all the way to the top, covering all three livable floors! Extremely convenient (and rare!).

Pool - The pool is shared among only 4 townhomes, and we have great neighbors! We just ask that our guests be courteous & respectful of other owners and their ability to peacefully enjoy the pool as well.

*Note: The pool is seasonal, and is currently Open for the 2026 season. The pool generally opens each year in May before Memorial Day, and remains open through Sep/Oct as weather permits.

We came to town for a wedding but added a few days and had our first ever full family vacation. This house allowed for us all to be under one roof. The elevator made it possible for my mother who struggles to get around to join us on every floor and allowed her to be independent.

Great family trip with teens

Our family (parents and kids aged 17,15, and 13) and three 13-year old friends stayed at this property for a long weekend. We found the location to be beautiful---gorgeous decks with views of the sound---and a very short walk to a quiet section of the beach. The house was comfortable and well-equipped and great for a group. We enjoyed the pool and kitchen/living area particularly! The hosts were communicative and everything was easy and complete. Highly recommend!

The good:Host was very responsive to questions.House is spacious and clean. Elevator was useful in carrying heavy/bulky items up and down.Shared pool is located right next to the house and you can watch the kids from living room window or back porch.Public beach access #45 is 0.2 mile away and located between 30 Porpoise Pl and 43 Porpoise Pl, North Topsail Beach if you want to map it.The bad:All the beds are old and uncomfortable, especially the beds on the second floor. Even the kids complained how uncomfortable to sleep in the bunk beds.The bath towels are very worn and rough so hopefully they are replaced soon.We brought paper plates and plastic spoons/forks so didn't use the kitchen utensils; however, they are old and heavily scratched. Chef knife is rusted. Luckily we brought our own.Teflon coated pots and pans are flaking off, so hopefully those are also updated soon.No beach chairs available so bring your own.

Beautiful view

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It appeared just as the listing showed and stated. It seemed larger than pictures, big plus! I loved the porch off the living room, such a beautiful and peaceful view. I enjoyed my morning coffee there. The elevator was so nice as we had someone who cannot do stairs. The pool is right next door. We had plenty of room for our group. The walk to the beach wasn’t too bad either. We really liked how that part of Topsail isn’t commercialized and very quiet.

Beach Wedding

Was the perfect location for a beach wedding. Listing was accurate and the short walk to the beach worked out great. Owners own both sides of the building so it's awesome for a super large gathering. My only suggestion would be to provide extra pillowcases for the pillows in the closet and beach towels. Listing shows towels aren't included so it wasn't a surprise but they take up a lot of luggage space and would be nice if provided. We had a great time here and will certainly book again if we return to the area. We give the owners and property a strong recommendation.

Great location. Great views off the back decks. Townhouse was spacious but wasn't really as clean as it should have been. Dishwasher was still running, so maybe it was a rushed job. Broken lamps, coffee grounds in coffee pot had mold on them, hair in shower on second floor bathroom, and the oven looks like it hadn't been cleaned in forever. Host stated no one had been recently, but he did offer to have cleaners come back. Since we unpacked and had our things out, we passed on the offer. So, maybe that was my fault in saying no. Just didn't want others coming in after we arrived. On a positive, most of our time was out on the beach so we focused on that. No hot tub as stated, but pool was fun for my grandchildren. Our family made some great memories at N. Topsail. It is my first review of this nature. This has been tough to do. Felt like everyone is paying a cleaning fee, it should have been cleaned well and it is such a nice place. Hope the next guests will find it in better shape.

Very nice

My family and I stayed for 7 nights. There were 7 adults and 2 kids. The size of the house was perfect. It's very close to the beach. About a 4 to 5 min walk across the street and down a path. Very convenient! There is also a community pool near the house which was great because we actually ended up using the pool more than the beach. The neighbors were very friendly and we all took our turns in the pool (3hrs at a time). There is an elevator in the house that takes you up or down to each floor. That was convenient especially when carrying luggage or groceries up & down. There are two master bedrooms (with king size beds and bathrooms inside them). Two rooms with queen sized beds, and then one more bedroom with a full size bed and bunk beds. LOTS of space!! The hosts were extremely nice and kept in contact with me and answered any questions I had during my stay. The house allows for three vehicles but we needed an extra spot on 4th of July and they were able to accommodate! Check in time is 4pm and check out is 10am. The hosts sent me a guide book to help us during our stay. It was very helpful. The guidebook is filled with things to do, info about the home, and the check in/out processes. Check out was very easy- remove all the bedding and sheets, clean all of the dishes and put them away, empty the dishwasher and remove all trash. Things like that. We would definitely stay there again, and huge thanks to the hosts for being friendly and extra helpful when needed!

We loved everything about this property except the primary bedroom was very dated (80’s vibe) but the house was clean, spectacular views, great location just a quick walk to the beach! The hosts were quick to respond to any questions or requests. Overall pleased with this property!
