Head to Ocean Heir, a North Topsail Beach vacation rental, and breathe salty Atlantic air from any of the four elevated decks. Front decks offer tall Adirondack chairs and a café bistro set for sunrise coffee and all-day ocean views. The top rear deck offers reclining loungers on the top deck, and the second rear deck off the primary bedroom offers a bar-height bistro table that overlooks the Intracoastal Waterway for wildlife watching and sunset cocktails.
Walk out the front door and take 100 steps to the beach. This beach has a no-stair beach access, which is rare in North Topsail.
Kitchen includes a coffee maker (ground & K-cup), toaster oven, 4-burner stove, microwave, dishwasher, full cookware, and open shelving for a week’s groceries—everything you need for family meals after a beach day.
When you're not at the beach, enjoy hanging out at the house with a 65" smart TV, games and puzzles, and a 2,500-game full-sized arcade game, with everything from Golden Tee, Pac-Man™, Street Fighter™ & more. If you played it in the 70's, 80's, 90's, 2000's it's probably part of this console.
Propane outdoor grill, beach buggy, corn hole, beach chairs and more on the property. Covered parking for two vehicles in the carport, and more space for an additional vehicle (or two) in front. Private outdoor shower with hot and cold water.
