Great access to beach and amenities. Excellent property for families with young children. We really enjoyed our stay and visiting Topsail Beach.

Great family vacation spot

Family of 6 vacation with plenty of room in the condo and great on site amenities! The complex has a covered pool, a bigger outdoor pool that sells snacks and has live music on the weekend. Nice Playground for kids, tennis court, on site cafe (delicious coffee!) with ice cream & some groceries. Also on site restaurant. Didn’t get the opportunity to try the restaurant, but will next time! Loved there is lots available making you feel like you don’t have to leave! Beach was lovely! Not very crowded. Also have access to a local company that you can order umbrella and chairs from to be set up early each morning. The condo itself is outdated and needs updating. The Balcony floor was pealing, which was a little off putting and would have liked more outdoor seating. Kitchen needs updating. At least some of the appliances/amenities could be upgraded a bit. Had to rig the coffee pot with a fork so the coffee would actually drain into the coffee pot. Otherwise it would overflow in the basket and spill coffee and grounds everywhere. With all that being said, the condo was clean, comfortable beds, comfortable furniture, and enough space for a family of 6. We had a great time and would absolutely return. Kids have already asked if we can go back next summer.

Great location

The condo was as advertised and clean. I will give the negative first. All the beds need better mattresses. It can be challenging to enjoy your vacation fully when you cannot rest well because of the bed. All the adults and kids struggled with sleep and aching because of them. The oven looked new but took a really long time to preheat and to cook - we had to add 15-20 minutes beyond the normal time. The paint was peeling very badly on the balcony floor. Now for the positive. We had plenty of room for 6 people. Both bedrooms and the living room have sliding doors going to the balcony with a great ocean view and wave sound! There is a nice outdoor pool under a gazebo in addition to the main pool. There are many amenities on site with some being concession at the main pool open till 2pm most days, ice cream/coffee shop open all day, Aarrr!! Pirate Bar & Grill, an arcade, and Oceans Edge Restaurant was being renovated so we will try out next time. Overall we loved the place, but unless the mattresses are replaced I probably would want to get a different room in this condominium.

Vacation 2024

We had a wonderful time staying here. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The kids loved all the amenities that they could do when not at the beach. We got so many small shark teeth. The food at the Aarrr Pirates Bar and Grill was delicious as well as the ice cream from the little shop on the property. Everyone was so friendly and nice. We will definitely be going back to stay again.

Great beach but bldg and Condo need updating

The beach is great and the location but the condo needs some serious updating. Overall the condo was not in good condition as well as the restaurant on site
