This is a nicely decorated condo with extra kitchen amenities, I.e. roll out shelves in lower cabinets. Additional beverage glasses would help. Great view and condo community. Keyless entry was awesome as were the access ramps. Highly recommend Rick's seafood restaurant and House of Breakfast. Will definitely stay here again.

Awesome stay all the way!

My family of four has stayed at a handful of places on the NC coast over the last few years. This one ranks near the top. Positive and proactive communication from the host. Spacious, clean indoor space and so close to the beach. Our family made some great memories boogie boarding and searching for shark teeth and sea glass! Elevator and luggage carts were also a plus for arrival/departure. Would definitely stay again!

Wow What a great place!!!

From the time we stepped foot onto the property until the time we left...we couldn't have asked for more! The Condo is beautiful and was very clean upon entering. The Location is PRIMO!!! beautiful view of the waves, and the pool is not too loud. Great sand beach access and tons of black sharks teeth to be found right down on the beach in front. We loved the quiet atmosphere and the fact that we could drive 15 minutes south to Surf City where there's more action. This condo is great and we will certainly book again if we come back to Upper Top Sail.

The Perfect Beach Get-Away!

Pelican's Perch is just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Wilmington to let you feel you have truly had rest and relaxation. There is very little traffic. North Topsail has a beautiful beach, lovely for long walks and shelling. The pool was so restful and never crowded. We are very pleased with how quiet our condo was. And the deck was lovely for sunrises, with a cooling breeze in the late afternoons and evenings. We found every need met with the design, furnishings and supplies. While we were just there as a couple, it would be perfect for a family. It is light and roomy. There are great restaurant choices minutes away from the condo. We found some new favorites! We would definitely reserve this unit again!
