My family has stayed in multiple units at this location, and we rank this property/unit as one of the best. The rooms were clean, the furniture and appliances were all modern and well maintained, and the location of the unit offer a wonderful ocean/beach view.

Lovely place; clean and comfortable. Great pool and perfect for my daughter with mobility issues. Easy access to the beach. The wagon was so helpful getting our things to the beach. This was our first trip to Topsail, and we enjoyed it so much. Definitely want to come back and stay at this condo!

The condo was exactly as advertised. The host provided all information in a timely manner. The condo was in great shape with updated appliances. We were able to rent for only a few days, which is hard to find this time of year. The master bedroom faces the ocean with excellent views. It also has an elevator which made it much easier to get things up to 3rd floor. I would definitely stay there again. I can’t say enough good things about our stay. We didn’t have any issues while we were there. The entire property seemed to be very secure and we were able to relax and have a great vacation.

Beautiful place, very clean. Honestly the cleanest place we’ve stayed at since Disney. Great amenities. Host responded quickly when I messaged. Oceanfront room on the 3rd floor. The pool is a great plus for those rough ocean days. Master bedroom bed was super comfortable and we slept great. We always feel very safe at Shipwatch Villas. Would highly recommended.

Great Location for a Family Get-a-Way

The property is comfortable with nice furnishings. Everything we needed for our stay was included in the condo - linens, towels, kitchen stuff. The owners were extra helpful and responsive. The view was amazing and there is super easy access to the beach. The one drawback was the curtains. The curtains let in a lot of light, especially in the double bedroom. It made it tough for sleeping. I had to order a blackout tent to get us through the stay. This was the only negative about our experience.

Girls Get Away

Our girls' weekend getaway was absolutely perfect, thanks in large part to this fantastic oceanfront condo! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a beautiful view that truly took our breath away. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean was such a treat.The condo itself was immaculately clean and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. We really appreciated having a well-equipped kitchen, plenty of towels, and even beach chairs and umbrellas. It made our stay so comfortable and hassle-free.The convenient location couldn't be beat! Being just steps away from the beach meant we could easily pop back and forth throughout the day. Plus, it was close to some great local spots, making it easy to grab dinner or explore.Finally, our host was incredibly accommodating and responsive to any questions we had. Their attention to detail truly made us feel welcome and cared for.We can't recommend this oceanfront condo enough for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable beach vacation. We're already talking about booking our next girls' weekend here!

After Christmas Get Away

Perfect!

The condo was absolutely perfect! It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were great. Sometimes in rentals, you can see where corners have been cut to save money, but not with this one. The location was wonderful. It was far enough away from the busyness that the beach was not crowded but close enough to stores and restaurants that it was still convenient. I absolutely loved everything about it!

Beautiful condo on a beautiful beach!

We liked everything about this place. It is a well thought out condo that had everything we needed. The balcony is perfect, has a great view of the beach and the swimming pool. We have stayed on Topsail Island every summer for years. This was our first time at North Topsail and it was perfect. We found a 4 inch tall shark's tooth (megladon) right out on the beach in front of the complex!

Best VRBO experience so far!

Amazing location, lots of amenities included at the property, which meant that we didn't have to bring a bunch of things that we typically do. Beautiful view from the back deck, easy access to the private beach, great pool, amazing overall experience!

Beautiful condo in awesome beach location

Beautifully furnished condo with quick access to pool and beach. Incredible view from the balcony -- the closest balcony we've been on to view the ocean without being on the beach. The owner includes many niceties (towels, linens, beach accessories) which was so nice. We all had a wonderful, relaxing time and as my oldest daughter said, "This was the vacation I dreamed of having," describes the stay perfectly.
