 the other side of our cozy little bungalow. It’s steps from the inter coastal waterway and right across the street from a beach access. The beach bungalow features a full sound view from the back deck, ideal for enjoying the beautiful Topsail sunsets.

Perfect Vacation!

This place was the perfect vacation house for my family! It held 6 of us perfectly. Upon arriving the house was clean & we were able to check in early! It was decorated so nicely. The sound views are beautiful! There is enough backyard for the kids to run and play and it’s shaded underneath the porch. We spent a lot of time down there enjoying the sound. & the walk to the beach wasn’t terrible. It’s about 5 house down to the beach access. There is a parking lot across from the beach access and towards the end of the week it was so hot we drove there instead of walking. Prob a 10 second drive but it is worth it with little ones. We have a 2 & 4 year old so the walk was a little difficult heading back from the beach when they we’re exhausted so we found it easier to drive down. Recommendations : - a check out book so future renters know what to do for check out such as trash day, etc. - a few more kitchen items such as another pot for cooking, colander & a blender, we personally cooked in a lot so this may not be a problem for others! - a few of the rails on the back porch are loose so if you have littles just watch for those! I’m sure they will be fixed soon though! Overall the house was beautiful & we really enjoyed our stay!!!

Great location for a family vacation, needs a few small fixes.

The place is cute & quaint in a convenient location. Provided cookware and cooking utensils were sparse which made it challenging to cook. There seems to be serious issues with the bed frames & supports underneath (especially the master). We notified the owners the first night as we we went to lay down we both rolled inward to the center.. we looked underneath the bed and right away saw that the 3 middle support legs were sideways and the slats were heavenly bowed. We contacted the owners and they offered to come fix it, however, it’s something that needs to be replaced and would have inconvenienced our stay. The next day we reached out with 2 other small house issues and never received a response. (We had two towels on the master towel rack after our showers and it fell off the wall, we looked at it and saw that the drywall anchors were stripped, so obviously it had fallen off the wall previously and was not corrected appropriately). All of these things are easy, inexpensive fixes for this to be a 5 star review in the future. As is currently it was not worth the money. The master bed really needs to be fixed, it made it impossible to get a decent night sleep.

Peaceful stay at North Topsail

Loved the location of the property. The view of the sound was incredible. The home was really clean. The property owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. This isn’t a critique but a suggestion, possibly adding a notebook containing helpful info such as trash days, check out procedures, etc. would be a great addition to the property!
