Whether you’re a couple, solo traveler, or a small family, Sea Dreams has everything you need for a relaxing getaway—with resort-style vibes, direct beach access, a community pool, and free parking.

Sleeping Arrangements:
• Queen master suite with its own private bathroom
• Second bedroom with full-size bed and a pyramid bunk (twin over full)—perfect for kids or another couple
• Two full bathrooms for added convenience

Location Details:
• Located on the third floor
• Community stairs are close by, and the building is also equipped with two elevator banks
• Please note: The elevator nearest the unit is slightly farther away. While guests may use the elevator, the owner is not responsible for its maintenance or service schedule. In the event of elevator unavailability, no refunds will be issued.

Starter Essentials Provided by Sol Searching Properties:
To help you settle in comfortably, we provide a thoughtful set of “starter” supplies:
• Coffee, sugar, sugar alternative, creamer, and filters
• Dish soap, dishwasher tabs, new kitchen scrubber, dish towel and washcloth
• Powdered laundry detergent
• Bar soap (one per bathroom)
• Trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and ziplock bags
• CLEAN linens, including comforters and shams
• Pack ’n Play, high chair, and noise machines available upon request (first come, first served)

Booking Requirements:
• A $400 security deposit and signed renter agreement (handled via OwnerRez) are required to secure your booking
• Minimum renter age: 25
• Renter must provide valid ID, and the credit card must match the name on the ID
