Location and just steps to the beach was perfect. Upon arrival, we found all toilet seats so loose you couldn't use. My husband had to tighten the seats. The kitchen sink faucet was broken. Contacted maintenence and he arrived promptly and replaced the faucet.The refrigerator had a broken tray. Maintenence was aware. Based on the price of the property, expected better quality appliances. The refrigerator and dishwasher should be replaced. We had issues with Wi-Fi. Supposedly had 5G but all we could connect to was 2G.The tub tile touching bathtub area needs a good cleaning, and lots of crumbs were between stove top and counter. The maintenence person was awesome, check in and access easy, location beach front was great. The advertised price isn't accurate on all the additional fees added. Enjoyed our stay, regardless.

Great place if you love the sea like we do. Very nice house and the beds were great which is not always a given. For sure a place we will book again

Right on the beach ;)

This is our second year staying at this property. It works well for our family of 5 adults, ranging in age from 35 to 89! The bedrooms are comfortable and there are multiple places inside and out to gather or be solitary. The home is nicely stocked with "start-up" items. Bring a 9x13 dish, if you need one - we were surprised there was not one. Also, there was a blender but it was not on the listing so we brought our own.

Additional fees double cost of rental. No outside water to clean off feet

Outside spigot didn’t work. Reported. No response. Sand in house as a result. No tv remote instructions. Difficulty getting access to my Roku accounts to watch commercial free movies. What good are five TV’s? Old beach chairs beyond use. Glad the plastic chairs were there. Otherwise, nice house. Do not like additional “fees” double the cost of the rental!!!

Great fall beach trip!

This property was just right for our family. The beach location is great - we enjoyed the ocean view from the balconies when when we were not on the beach. (It's quite small at high tide.) The place is nicely decorated and updated. It's so handy that they provide "starter" things like toilet paper, paper towels and some other basic needs! We had no internet (and therefore TV) for the first several days until Spectrum fixed the problem, and then the agent gave us an additional accommodation for that. The place has a few repairs that need to be made, probably just end-of-the season issues. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay here very much and will likely return!

Great levels

This property is great for families with kids. All the cousins bunked upstairs while the adults have private suites downstairs. The upstairs balcony deck was a favorite spot! Such amazing views. The house was clean and well stocked.

The house was practical. Great location. Easy to beach and back to house with little ones. However, the bedrooms on the side closer to wicker had no vents for air conditioner, very hot in there, with babies is not fun! Shower door does not stay closed and toaster was broken. Over all very nice place, would definitely go again.

Much needed getaway

My brother and sister-in-law and I were looking for a relaxing beachfront property to bring our dogs to and let them run and play after losing our mother unexpectedly and this place was the perfect find - big kitchen and porches that had gates made our stay just perfect ! And our property manager was extremely helpful and friendly — would highly recommend this beautiful property !

Perfect weekend House

We had such a great experience! The weather was amazing and this house was excellent! The house was very clean, decorated nicely and as pictured. The was not one inch of this house we didn’t use during our time. The back porch is nice and large and we sat there every morning with a perfect view drinking our coffee. The top back porch was great for evening views once we got our ping pong matches completed. The short walk to the beach was great for my LO he was able to independently walk from the beach and back to the house with ease. The large dining table was great and the house had everything you needed to get you started. I would like to see a grill so we could cook what we caught (with our fishing license) of course. But really great stay!

Best beach house ever!

I almost don't want to say how awesome this place (and the owner) was because I want it all to myself for next time! This is the best beach house we've ever rented (and we go to the beach a couple times a year every year). The location is great, the house was perfect for our family, there was plenty of parking for our trucks and you just can't beat the back porch view and your own personal beach just a few stairs away. We will definitely be back!
