Welcome to "Sounds Amazing #165", a Landmark Vacation Rentals home! This custom-built sound front oasis seamlessly combines rustic coastal charm, luxurious amenities, and stunning water views, creating the perfect retreat for relaxation and recreation. Step outside to your private dock with direct sound access. Ideal for fishing, launching kayaks, paddleboards, or simply enjoying serene water views. Located in the amenity-rich and highly sought-after Village at Stump Sound, the community features a community pool, beach access, clubhouse, and tennis/pickleball courts. Additional amenities included in your stay include two kayaks, corn hole, and board games.

With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this home has more than enough room to accommodate 10 guests and provides everything you need for an unforgettable stay. Guests will enter through the front door located on the front porch, where the main living area and two of the bedrooms are. The living area, dining, and kitchen spaces are bright and airy, with a perfect blend of modern sophistication and rustic charm, creating a cozy, welcoming space that invites relaxation and enjoyment of the coastal lifestyle. The kitchen has upgraded appliances and all the necessities needed to prepare meals throughout your stay. The dining area has seating for six and adjacent is a comfortable living room with a Smart TV. A queen-sized sleeper sofa can be found in the living room. Guests will indulge in the joys of outdoor living with expansive screened decks, perfect for savoring morning coffee or evening cocktails while soaking in the sights and sounds of the surrounding landscape. There are two bedrooms on this floor, one with a queen-sized bed and the other with a queen sized bed plus twin trundle (not pictured). A shared bathroom is located in the hallway with a shower.

The primary master bedroom with king-sized bed is located on the top floor and has an ensuite bathroom with a shower, tub, and large walk in closet. An additional twin futon foldable chair is also available for an additional space. A private deck is available off of the master that looks out to the sound with sunsets that will wow anyone!

This home is not pet-friendly. There is a keyless entry lock on the front porch. Guest groups are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. Everything in this home was made to provide a safe, contactless process where you can relax from the moment you arrive. Professional cleaning service is provided at the end of your stay. There are two exterior security cameras. There is parking for 6-8 vehicles in the carport and driveway.

Provided With Your Stay: Bath Towels, Hand Towels and Washcloths, Bath Mats, and Kitchen Linens are provided. Beds will be made upon your arrival. Please note all top bunks will not be made. A First Night Amenity Kit which includes: Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags and More will be waiting for you!
