This quaint affordable beach house awaits you for your next vacation at the beach. The Palms has unobstructed ocean views across a very lightly traveled, almost private street (Topsail Rd.) looking at the glistening Atlantic Ocean. It provides all you need for a peaceful & relaxing vacation.

Newly renovated:

Located in North Topsail Beach, this nicely outfitted home has two bedrooms and two baths. Enjoy the sea breeze from the high deck chairs on the covered deck made of Trex so no wood spolintering. Beach access is right across the road just steps away from the sand and surf.

This home is one level. As you enter through the French doors you step in to the open floor plan kitchen, dining area and living room. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher and everything else you need for your vacation.

The master bedroom is located off the living room to the left with a king size bed and full bath. To the right of the living room is the second full size bath and second bedroom with a custom built TwinXL over Queen Bunk with Twin Trundle. The bathroom is separate from the bedroom. There is also a queen pullout couch in the living room. We use our own linens and the beds are fully made up before guests arrive.

This home has many amenities, including covered parking, extra TVs (smart TVs in all room so you can log in to your NetFlix, Prime Account shows, etc.), WiFi, washer and dryer, outside shower with hot & cold water.

In the guest closet on ground level there is a gas grill with propane, beach chairs, beach toys for the kids and corn hole.

If an enjoyable and relaxing vacation is what you are looking for, The Palms is the place for you. Maximum occupancy is 5 and check-in is at 3:00 pm. Hope to see you on your next vacation.

Five minute walk to Andrews Produce Stand on Island Drive.

We use our own linens and towels and fresh linens & bath towels are provided. Beds are made up prior to arrival. We do not provide beach towels.

We make sure there is toilet paper in each bathroom, and bags in the trash cans to start you off. We do not provide enough of these amenities for your entire stay.

• A signed rental agreement and valid ID are required for all reservations.
• This is a non-smoking house. Smoking is permitted on the decks. Tenants agree to do so responsibly.
• Pets are not permitted on the property.
• Events are not permitted on the property.
• Parking is provided for up to four (4) vehicles. No additional parking is provided.

NOTE: There are two security cameras on the property. One faces the carport and the other faces the lawn. No security cameras show decks or interior of the house.

Our Cancellation Policy supersedes the no refund option provided by VRBO and is included on our rental agreement.

Should Tenant have to cancel for any reason, the Tenant must notify the Owner immediately in writing via email. Tenant acknowledges that cancellation by the Tenant does not relieve the Tenant from the specific terms of the Agreement. However, the Owner will make every effort to re-rent the Property for the specified period. If the Property is re-rented for the specified period, advanced rent payments will be refunded to the Tenant less any discounts/expenses required to re-rent and less the Travel Insurance Premium.

What a great little house perfect size for two couples. Great great great location.. Bob was very easy to communicate with. He did a great job. He even had to come back after we checked in because the cleanup crew left the top of the oven dirty there was also dishes in the dishwasher and towels in the clothes dryer, those things were not a problem. Beautiful home with an amazing view!

The house was just perfect for our family beach trip this year. The house is small, but wonderfully setup. There were only 3 of us, so we had plenty of space. The views were amazing and the access to the beach was so close. We also loved the quiet neighborhood which was great for bike riding. The front porch was fantastic with great deck furniture, and the owner provided sand toys, boogie boards and beach chairs. I also loved that they provided their own linens and the beds were made when we arrived. The beds were also the most comfortable ones that we have had on vacation. We will definitely return if we come back with a small group again. I highly recommend this home.

Fantastic beachfront property!

We had a fantastic week at this cozy beachfront house! The house is very well equipped with everything you might need. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and we enjoyed morning coffee and afternoon cocktails on the front porch. The communication with Bob the Property Manager was easy and he responded quickly to the few minor issues we had during our stay. The house is just a few steps from the beach and there were beach chairs and boogie boards provided. Topsail is a pretty quiet community. Surf City (few miles drive to the south) is more crowded with a few restaurants which were all very crowded during high season. On an overcast and rainy afternoon, we drove into Wilmington (about an hour) to enjoy the waterfront and have dinner. I'd highly recommend this house to a family or small group!

Perfect Spot!

Our stay at The Palms was one of relaxation, comfort, and convenience. The fact that it's a spacious lot with plenty of outdoor spaces allowed us to enjoy both the upper deck, as well as the covered area below. This fit our outside needs and made us feel comfortable inside and outside of the house. The inside of the house is cozy and upgraded with new appliances, flooring and deck. We had plenty of room throughout the house, and the decorations in the house really gave you the "beach lifestyle. The convenience of being about 100 feet from the beach just made this rental the perfect place to stay. It is also away from the "hustle and bustle" of the island, but close enough to all of the restaurants and shops available on Topsail. We have been visiting Topsail about twice a year for the last six years, and this is the best vacation rental so far.

This beachhouse was perfect for us. It was easy to find, check in with the manager, Bob, was very easy. The house was very clean. The outside deck was perfect for morning sunrises, and afternoon relaxing with a glass/cup of whatever!!! It was only 65 steps from the bottom of the house stairway to the bottom step of the beach access..............so even when sitting on the deck we felt like we were right on the beach close to the water. It was so easy to get out on Rt. 210 to go into Surf City to restaurants and shopping. We will definitely be returning to this Perfect beachhouse!!!!

What a View!!

This home is truly an amazing property. Unobstructed direct ocean views and a front porch that looks directly onto the ocean is perfect for rainy days, sundowners and post-beach relaxation. My family loved staying in this home. Beds are comfortable, the kitchen area and common areas are perfect to reconnect with your family, and the proximity to the beach is exactly what we came for. A cute and modern home newly renovated, a quiet family neighborhood and unmatchable views. This house was perfect.

We loved the location of the house. To be able to sit on the covered porch and enjoy the ocean anytime of the day was great. Even eating diner on the surfboard with the breeze and ocean waves was perfect. The house was furnished with everything you need from kitchen utensils to beach toys, boogie boards etc. The beds were very comfortable with some sort of memory foam mattress. The open layout was perfect. The location was just right with produce stand across the street ( you had my wife right there!) with grocery and restaurants (although few which is ok)within 10 minutes. Beach was not crowded at all with tons of space around us. Finally the beach was fantastic - wide, easy access, warm with fun waves. 5-star

Great week!

This was the perfect house for our family of three, and the location was fantastic. We spent a lot of time on the covered front porch, enjoying the amazing view. The beach in front of the house was not crowded and easily accessed by crossing a road that rarely had a car on it. The property manager was responsive and the property itself was great. We would certainly look forward to staying again!

Great stay at Pickle Palms

This house is as great as advertised! Great location (with access to the beach steps away), great view from the porch, and modern touch inside the house. Would highly recommend!

Best Front Porch View!

The property was in a perfect location! It was the same as ocean front property and convenient to stores and restaurants. Also had all of the amenities needed. Bob the property manager was the best. So helpful at check-in and with any other questions we may have had. We highly recommend this property.
