Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests, our three-bedroom, two-bath unit at the St. Regis Resort promises relaxing and unforgettable vacation for family & friends!

The Space:
This wonderful, family-friendly condo offers extraordinary breathtaking oceanfront views from every room. Enjoy its two balconies as well as all the comforts of home. The living room features a leather recliner sofa as well as a second sofa with two built-in recliners and a 65-inch widescreen TV with premium movie channels. The well-appointed kitchen is complete with an LG smart fridge, stainless steel oven, stove, built-in microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher. The adjoining dining table seats up to five people while the breakfast bar seats two. All bedrooms have access to a deck to fully enjoy ocean views. Additional amenities include a full-size washer/dryer and wireless internet access. Plus, this modern condo offers guests access to the resort's family-friendly amenities, which include an outdoor pool with access to Bum's Cabana Grill that services lunch and drinks, a new arcade, basketball court, shuffleboard, a workout facility with a sauna, a new children's playground, and BBQ grills in the courtyard. You will thoroughly enjoy your vacation at this wonderful retreat!

Starting November 1, all guests with confirmed bookings will be required to submit a valid ID and sign the Rental Agreement. We use secure property management software to collect this information, and it is used strictly to verify your booking.

Building 2 at the St. Regis will be undergoing exterior renovations from October 2025 through March 2026. During this time, guests may experience construction noise, dust, and temporarily obstructed views due to scaffolding and equipment around the building.
Work is scheduled Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with no weekend work currently planned.
We appreciate your understanding as the property completes these important enhancements to improve the overall guest experience.

Overall we enjoyed our stay in this condo. Pros: The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has new appliances. Located on first floor of bldg 2 so the workout room and coffee shop are very close. We also enjoyed playing pickleball. The property managers were very responsive to my questions. We were pleasantly surprised to find beach chairs in the unit. Cons: the furnishings are dated and run down, sheer curtains in the bedrooms so you’ll be up bright and early with the sun. Due to recent high surf from hurricanes off shore the wooden walkways to access the beach are closed. If you want to go to the beach you’ll have to drive to a public access point a mile down the beach. This isn’t specific to this unit but to all condos at St Regis, and something that all of N Topsail struggles with so keep in mind if walking to the beach is important to you.

Fantastic stay here. The complex has everything you could need. Pool is at the bottom of the building as well as the cutest coffee shop. The beach is right outside the balcony. House came with everything you need- bring sharp knives if you plan to cook! Overall a great stay and we will definitely be returning!

Oceanview Getaway

Condo was great. We were there with toddlers so it would've been nice to have black-out shades on the bedroom windows, but that was a minor thing.As for the grounds, the bridge closest to our condo was closed, another minor inconvenience. Would be great if the property would invest in a hot tub. That would've really been a game-changer!! The "heated" pool was definitely cold and the other non-heated pool was literally freezing. We were there the first week of April, so perhaps too early for summer weather. They do have a nice playground for small children so we spent a good part of our time there because it was warmer than being in the water. Andrew was great! Very responsive. I'd be on board with staying here again... but it would definitely be later in the year, when summer days are much warmer. :)
