Perfect property for what we needed

Our ski vacation was just myself, my wife and our daughter so this one bedroom with the pull out couch was perfect for us. More spacious than a hotel room and far more affordable than the hotels nearby. And the location is great, right in the middle of Snowmass Village. It was a ground floor level condo which I actually thought was better because you didn’t have to constantly go up and down the elevator. The hospitality team was great. Someone met us at the nearby parking lot and helped us check in and bring our luggage. And they were.very responsive when we needed anything such as extra coffee. Would definitely stay again.

Renter Beware

Renter beware! Like you, we read the positive reviews and were excited to stay. Sadly, owner charged us $225 for normal wear and tear where the trash can rubs up against the wall. She conveniently charged us for wear and tear at end of the season when regular maintenance is due. We are STR owners ourselves and always treat properties with respect. Don’t be surprised if she charges you for scuffs in the floor or scratches in the sink. Recommend you stay away from this property and owner and book through AspenSnowmass instead. We have stayed in over a dozen properties and never had an issue with them.

Amazing first Snowmass trip

This was our first trip to Snowmass and what an incredible place to stay. Our daughters, ages 5 and 7, did ski school and this condo is right around the corner for ski school drop off. The gondola and Village express lifts are both very close buy. The condo was very clean and right down the hall from the included ski lockers. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great. Fantastic location on the first floor of capital peak lodge building c. Steps away from the ski locker and then everything at snowmass base village. Easy to catch a bus to the other peaks of Aspen. Room was clean and included everything needed. Check in/out was easy.

Stayed at this wonderful property from 2/25/22 to 3/7/22. Perfect location in Snowmass Village, short walk to the main chair lifts, and great location to all shops and restaurants. Skied nine days straight, the weather was great, all Chair lifts were open, and all trails were open. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended

Great Condo!

My husband and I just returned from our Snowmass ski trip, where we stayed in this great little condo. We had a last minute flight cancellation before leaving home, and the owners and concierge service were great to deal with. The condo itself is nicely maintained and beautifully decorated, with everything you need from laundry supplies to kitchen items like coffee, plastic wrap, oil, and seasonings. We took advantage of the terry robes and extra towels to head over to the nearby hot tub to relax after skiing each day. I'm a light sleeper, and was amazed at how quiet the condo is - I never heard sounds from neighboring units. We rented a car, but decided to take the bus into Aspen one night. The condo is just steps away from the escalator that takes you down to the main RFTA terminal under one of the buildings. So convenient! We would definitely rent this unit again.
