Enclave 103 | Snowmass Ski-In/Ski-Out Condo w/Shared Pool/Hot Tub

This charming, slope-side condo features an open floor plan that conveniently combines the kitchen, living room, and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern stainless steel appliances and an island that can be used for casual dining. The dining table accommodates six guests and is adjacent to the main living room, which features a wood-burning fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and wall-to-wall windows with mountain views. Guests will also enjoy the mountainside outdoor patio equipped with a gas grill.

This condominium provides two bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, an en suite bathroom with a jetted tub, and patio access. The second bedroom offers flexibility with twin beds, a TV, and an en suite bathroom.

The Enclave is perfectly positioned on Assay Hill between the Elk Camp Gondola and Assay Hill chairlift, with ski-in/ski-out access to spectacular ski runs.** The property boasts an outstanding array of on-site amenities, including a shared outdoor heated pool, a hot tub, elevator access, and private ski lockers. Guests of The Enclave can take the complimentary shuttle to Snowmass Village (Base Village or Upper Village) to access other lifts, world-class restaurants, shops, and other events and activities.

**The Enclave offers ski storage on the unit patios of first-floor condos. Second- and third-floor guests can access ski lockers in a centrally located hallway between buildings 2 and 3. When tenants exit the center hallway, they may ski down to the Assay Hill chairlift, which will take them to the midway gondola station. They may ski down to Base Village or take the gondola up the mountain. Alternatively, many guests exit the center hallway, climb ~100 feet of stairs, and ski directly down to Base Village.

Comfortable Condo in Snowmass Village

The unit was great, very clean. Plenty of space for 4 adults. We used the hot tub, which was wonderful. The location was just as advertised; unfortunately for us the snow wasn't great and so the Assay Hill lift wasn't running, so we didn't get use the ski in/ski out aspect. This was frustrating because we happily paid the premium in cost to be able to have this convenience. Obviously nothing the property can do about poor snow conditions but the restrictive cancelation policy didn't give us an option to find different accommodations. There were also a few things broken in the condo. The kitchen faucet handle kept falling off, clogged bathoom sink, and stuck shower door. We reported these to the front desk so they can be addressed. All in all, we had a great trip.

True ski-in ski-out place

Our family of 4 spent 9 days skiing the beautiful slopes of Showmass. The property had everything one would need for a comfortable stay - kitchen was a dream and we also enjoyed the fireplace. The best feature tho, and one we are forever spoiled with, was the fact that you can be in your skis (or out of them) in less than 2 minutes with easy access to the closest lift. Loved the place, would definitely book again!

We loved staying here for 5 days for my husband's birthday. Truly a ski-in/out location and also easy 3 min walk down into the village. The communication from the property manager was excellent and the daily cleaning of the place by the housekeeping was an added bonus!! We will for sure come back!

Spacious and perfectly located condo!

We love Snowmass and it's proximity to Maroon Bells, but this was the first time we'd rented a condo, and we hit the jackpot! This 2 bed 2 bathroom condo is very spacious with phenomenal views of the aspens (we hit peak fall colors) and the mountains. We loved being on the lower level with access to the outdoors. The condo was clean and well equipped with everything you might need (except spices, so bring your own). The property management company were easy to work with and very prompt in their responses to my questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location

Hello, we had a wonderful stay at this ski-in/ski-out condo. The location is ideal for skiing and accessing the base area. The ground level unit is nice to take your skis off right at the backdoor. A couple recommendations: 1. New pillows for the master bedroom. 2. New bedding for the master bedroom (we didn't have quite enough blankets the first night and called for additional blankets, which were provided right away). I think new blankets would be nice, they seem a bit outdated. 3. The firewood should be in a different location. It was buried under a large snow pile and we didn't find it till our last night there. We called a couple nights in to our stay for firewood and it was delivered right away. The pool and hot tub are great! Also, the shuttle service, housekeeping, and customer service we received were all wonderful. Thank you, Brynel

Perfect location
