The best part of staying at this gem on the slopes of Snowmass is the unexpected care that the staff put into the home-cooked breakfast. Instead of a continental menu, they take your order, and we had the most delicious torta and fantastic service. Chatting with the friendly staff while enjoying the peaceful views was an unbelievable and unexpected treat at this no-frills hotel. Please keep this special part of the experience; it was the highlight.

6/10 Okay

The staff were rarely at the desk and not super helpful. The elevator was broken in addition to the one keurig coffee machine. The rooms are run down and smelled of mold and the pool needs a major update to it's tiles. Some were broken and looked like they had sharp edges. Nice location but definitely a budget hotel.

Staff at desk and breakfast were great. Unfortunately this hotel is run down and in dire need for some maintenance. Base board heater covers laying broken on the floor. Ceiling fan had the lights hanging by bare wire. Window unit was crazy loud and would stop and need to be reset every hour or so. Tiles missing from the hot tub, peeling paint in many places. Location on the slopes is great. Too bad they have given up on keeping the place cared for.
