This recently remodeled condo offers 500 square feet of modern living space with prime ski slope access. Enjoy multi-level living in this chic space complete with a loft. Everything has been beautifully redone to reflect high-quality, modern finishes and a contemporary design, providing an elegant living space for your mountain getaway in Snowmass.

This top-floor condo offers a breath of fresh air when it comes to design. Upon entry, guests are greeted with wide-plank wooden floors, creating a cohesive feel throughout the unit. Above, a whitewashed wooden beamed ceiling adds a contemporary edge to the traditional mountain cabin feel, while touches such as the antler chandelier keep things distinctly Colorado. You'll find a fresh floorplan in this condo, with the spacious dining table set near the glass doors for views out over the slopes as you enjoy your meals. The adjacent living area offers two cozy love seats for enjoying the ambiance from the flickering gas fireplace at the end of a cold winter day. Hanging over the fireplace is a large flatscreen TV, perfect for enjoying movies after hours of adventuring.

The kitchen in this condo is galley-style, with sleek dark cabinets that contrast well with the white countertops and walls. Thoughtful use of space adds ample storage for ingredients and snacks, while you'll also find plenty of counterspace for preparing meals. Upgraded stainless steel appliances complete the look in this modern, high-quality kitchen. With a full kitchen and slopeside location, this condo offers the convenience of being able to easily slip back into your home away from home mid-ski session to refuel before returning to the slopes.

Up to four guests can be accommodated in this roomy condo, making it a great option for two couples or a family. A set of stairs leads up from the great room to a cozy loft tucked away on the second level. A California King bed sits against a wooden accent wall, providing a quiet haven for rest tucked away from the main living area. The living room also boasts a queen-sized Murphy bed, perfect for additional sleeping accommodations. The bed can also be completely folded away during the day, maintaining plenty of living space.

Enjoy views over the courtyard to the ski slopes from the private balcony, with all the activities of Snowmass just steps from this well-appointed condo!

Please note that Timberline does not have elevators; assistance with luggage is available upon request. This condo features air-conditioning to keep it cool in the warmer months. For the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available in two convenient locations on the property, though there are no in-unit washers or dryers. Parking is available for a daily fee in the winter (Thanksgiving- April) and is free in the summers.

You will receive a text message with a link to complete our pre-arrival registration five days before check-in. This secure link will ask for a credit card to cover incidental charges, such as room damages or restaurant charges. Once your registration is complete, you’ll receive a full guidebook for your stay along with your check-in details.

Amazing property

We had an amazing experience the room was perfect & clean, soooo comfortable the only thing I would change is for the building to have an elevator, we are not used to the altitude so that plus stairs and luggage not a good mix. Overall this property was amazing and would recommend it to everyone!

Honeymoon in Aspen

We spent 9 days in Aspen for our honeymoon! We found this place for a steal during the offseason and we were blown away with how low key it was during our stay. We wanted to eat, sleep, relax, and enjoy Aspen on our time. Timberline Condominiums were everything one could wish for when it came to service and cleanliness. We had our condo switched to an equivalent condo, due to some offseason. The condo was still fantastic and secluded! We loved our stay and LOVED Aspen overall. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a getaway to a fantastic town.

Great Stay!

Our stay at Timberline was perfect. Staff was accommodating and so friendly. Condo was exactly as pictured. Very clean and included everything you might need. Great restaurants and shopping in snowmass as well as nearby Aspen. The Edge is located right at timberline and was absolutely fantastic. Will come back and stay here again!

This property looked nothing like the online photos. Furniture was aged and their was a terrible odor like pet urine. Fortunately the manager found us another 1bedroom condo that was in much better shape with no odor. Management was very helpful in correcting the problem.

Beautiful Space

Everything in the unit was as expected! No elevator is difficult when hauling luggage up older/ narrow stairs and multiple connecting hallways. The main corridor of the property leading to this unit is dark and there are a lot of pine accents! The balcony for this unit is directly facing the patio of the edge on property restaurant which does spoil the view but was not an issue as it wasn’t busy. The couch is not practical at all! There really isn’t a good chair to relax after a long day of adventures! The bathroom is gorgeous but the sink was difficult to use as the water would not stay running which I think is a water saving feature.

This unit is absolutely gorgeous and immaculate. The description states it has been newly renovated, and it doesn’t disappoint. Beautiful and SUPER clean. Our only recommendation would to be to add additional mirrors. The only mirror is in the bathroom.

We loved this place! It was away from the bigger crowds in the snowmass community and had a beautiful Mountain View and staff was very friendly. We loved the daily clean up they did and all the necessities included. The ceiling fan did seem like it wouldn’t work, but if you had patience, it does kick in. We will stay here again for sure.

The condo was nicely updated and comfortably slept the 4 of us (2 adults and 2 kids 10 and under). The murphy bed was great! Location couldn't be beat close to trails and village for restaurants,shops, etc. The heated pool was a bonus.
