This entirely updated spacious family condo embraces mountain living with many modern amenities. Located in arguably the premier slope-side location at the Timberline, this newly renovated condo includes spectacular mountain views, warm wood accents throughout, beautiful floor and wall tile, 3 comfortable carpeted bedrooms, a warm linear vented fireplace, mountain inspired artwork, a total of 6 beds (able to accommodate up to 9 guests), this Snowmass condo is well-suited for a large family or friend ski or summer mountain vacation.

After a fun-filled day on the slopes in this mountain inspired condo relax in the great room which features a high, beamed vaulted ceiling with a fan and beautiful, large custom mirror. From the leather sofa, a pair of leather recliners to the plush swivel chairs, you will find plenty of options for putting up your feet at the end of the day. Natural light filters its way in through a high side window panel and an extensive wall of glass doors that lead out to a private balcony. Privacy is ensured with custom light motorized roller shades. Store your helmets, gloves, and goggles in the cubbies or warm them on the heated boot and glove warmer. A full kitchen is on hand, with brand new Bosch appliances and ample space on the granite counter tops. Gather the family around the beautiful live edge dining table for a home-cooked meal, easily prepared with all cookware and tableware provided.

This condo's modern mountain theme continues in the master bedroom, where you will find a comfortable king bed outfitted with high quality linens opposite a 52" wall-mounted flatscreen TV, and motorized privacy roller shades. The master bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, a walk-in custom tiled shower with granite accents, heated tile floor, and a private commode- all separated from the bedroom by a sliding barn door. The second bedroom is right next door and offers a queen bed with its own 52" wall-mounted flatscreen TV and roller shades. Across the hall, the second bathroom features a full vanity with a granite countertop, heated tile floor, a walk-in tiled shower, and a private commode. From the condo's great room, an enclosed staircase leads up to the spacious loft bedroom tucked away on the next level. At the top of the stairs, a window allows natural light to brighten this unique space. A queen bed, two twins and a pull-out sleeper sofa chair with a new full bath (including a walk-in custom tiled shower and a large vanity with a granite countertop) allow a whole family to have their own private space. Watch TV on the wall mounted 45" flatscreen TV opposite the queen bed or from the adjacent comfortable sofa chair.

Please note that Timberline does not have elevators; assistance with luggage is available upon request. While the condo does not feature air conditioning, floor fans are provided to ensure comfort during warmer days. For the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available in two convenient locations on the property, though there are no in-unit washers or dryers. Parking is available for a daily fee in the winter (Thanksgiving- April) and is free in the summers.

You will receive a text message with a link to complete our pre-arrival registration five days before check-in. This secure link will ask for a credit card to cover incidental charges, such as room damages or restaurant charges. Once your registration is complete, you’ll receive a full guidebook for your stay along with your check-in details.

We were staying there for one night. We got in around 10:00 pm. We could NOT find the 15 minute parking to drop our bags off. So my husband went in to the office and the guy in there flippantly said “well it’s up the hill around the corner.” He seemed annoyed that we were asking. It’s not well lit so we couldn’t see the parking let alone what building was what. Then when we got into the room (A3A) it was 75 degrees in there. We couldn’t get the air on. So I called the front desk. No answer. Multiple times. I called housekeeping. No answer. Multiple times. I left a message because we also noticed that the shower in the lift wasn’t draining. We stayed there on August 25, 2025. It is August 27 and I STILL have not received a call. TERRIBLE customer service.

The unit was in a very attractive location and very clean and comfortable. We had three adults and two teenagers and had more than enough room. The only issue was there were no blinds in the living room area where we could close off at night from the pool area and construction work taking place. You are on the very end looking at the pool and the hiking hill. Would highly recommend

Pros: - Very near pool and ski slopes. - Unit is clean with cleaning service. - No limit to number of vehicles. - Check-in to unit was easy (see below). Cons: - Wasn't provided clear check-in information, spent time on the phone w/customer service only to find that we only had to go to the office's front desk. - Building that the unit is in is hard to locate the first time. - Parking is across the street--plan to carry your things across the parking lot, across the street, down the length of the building and then up the stairs to the unit. No luggage carts. - Twin bedroom has a broken window latch, and the bed by the window wasn't very comfortable. - 4:30 alarm from prior tenants woke us--cleaning staff didn't turn off alarm. - No AC so the upstairs is extremely hot and stuffy even with two fans running. - Loft has very low, sloping ceilings--expect to hit your head hard, and repeatedly, by accident. - Unit has two bathrooms, but one is in the master bath, so people in the other six beds have to

Enjoyed our time, friendly staff. The kitchen is extremely limited with supplies - no spatula, peeler, salt&pep, olive oil, etc. other than that it was a great stay. Beds were comfortable.

Nice place

My family stayed here while I ran with the Ragnar Team. It was the perfect spot for them to stop by the Village as well as the local hiking trails. Nice interior. 3 single beds in the loft, 2 twins in a room, 1 queen in the master. (and I think the couch was a pull out but we only had 4 people and did not use it.)
