Our wedding and NASTAR Nationals

We are a blended family with 5 children. We got married and this was the perfect spot for the kids to come and go as needed. Close to the NASTAR Race course, village and a great view. There were a couple of minor maintenance items (broken blinds, towel bar, etc) but nothing that kept us from enjoying g this spot. All the bedrooms are good sized. Two with balconies. Bathrooms were clean and functional but not fancy (no jacuzzi tub). It is super close to outside pool/hot tub. It’s a good walk to the elevator (slopes) but being at the end, it is more private without people walking by the two bedroom windows along the walkway.

Overall property was good. Except there was one issue, online it mentioned to that 10 people can sleep whereas the bed availability was only for 8. Had to sleep on floor.

Great place to stay!

We stayed here in the summer and attended some concerts at the Aspen Music Festival. It was a quick 15-20 minute drive to Aspen, very convenient. The unit was great for the 7 of us. Kitchen was a little tight, but there was a lot of room otherwise. Would definitely recommend.

Great stay at Top of the Village 109

This was a wonderful condo at top of the village. It was very quiet. The unit was renovated and very comfortable for two families, four adults and five kids all under 7. We had some issues with our booking but the management company fixed it quickly and upgraded us for free!

Nice place, super convenient to Snowmass and Aspen.

Enjoyed our time here with four adults and six children. Ample space for 10. The management company were all great, and the free shuttle service made the hill that the condo sits on less of an issue. Was a great place for us to base out of for our time in Aspen, Snowmass, and the Maroon Bells.

Had a wonderful time skiiing in Snowmass and spending time with our family.

Great location for ski in/out and access to the free village shuttle. Condo development was great. Our unit was very clean but there were certain aspects that were dated. These would not keep me from renting again. Property manager, Marie, was friendly, always available, responsive and accommodating. This all made for an enjoyable vacation for our family. Daily housekeeping was much appreciated and she always did a thorough job cleaning. We hope to return one day soon.

A great place in Snowmass

We really enjoyed our stay in Snowmass! The apartment was as promised and well equipped. We were 4 adults and 6 kids - and there was definitely enough room for all of us. I recommend this rental.
