Had a fabulous stay! House was clean, warm, modern and comfortable. Kitchen was fabulous for cooking and eating-in. Showers were great and beds nice and firm but not too firm. We would definitely return. Great set up for two families with children.

Wonderful stay, home is excellent: very clean and new, extremely well apportioned for cooking and dining, nice layout with plenty of room, beach towels and chairs were great for the lake. Also handy to have a garage for staging and storing the outdoor toys. Kids loved having the downstairs bedroom as their own private retreat with lots of space, chairs for lounging. (One note if you have anyone sleeping in top bunk on far wall--might want to close the heat vent so it doesn't blow on sleeper). Smooth communication with the hosts. Highly recommend, would definitely return.

Perfect ski getaway with kids

Clean, comfortable, and modern house close to Sugar Bowl. It was a perfect setup and location for a two-family weekend ski trip with small kids.Thank you, Jerome and Caroline!

Winter Wonderland

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home in Serene Lakes. It is virtually brand new and is located 0.8 miles walking/driving distance to Royal Gorge Cross Country Resort and approximately a ten minute drive to Sugar Bowl Resort. The home was immaculate, beds comfy, kitchen applicances perfect (six burner stove!), and the shower heads were great. The layout of the great room (kitchen/dining/living) has a view of the front deck and was designed with both comfort and functionality in mind...super easy to cook or do projects in the kitchen and easily see and visit with people at the dining table and/or on the living room couches...if you want to watch a game or a movie, you can see from the kitchen and dining area as well. Internet service was solid, and that is not a given in this neighborhood. All the bedrooms have a deck. The gas fireplace in the great room makes for great ambience and also serves as a back-up heat source for those occasions that the power might go out. and an easily accessible two car garage (that also accomodated our Thule box on top of our SUV)....that is beyond helpful, especially in the winter. The snow plowing crew (driveway and street berm) and the snow shoveling crew (decks and front stairwell) were efficient and friendly. Thank you Jerome and family for sharing your home! We will be back next winter!

Beautiful Serene Mountain Retreat

We had an absolutely wonderful weekend at this stunning cabin! Tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood surrounded by trees, the location offers a perfect escape into nature. Just a few blocks from serene lake, and a short stroll to numerous trailheads, it’s an outdoor enthusiast's dream. The cabin itself is immaculate and exceeded our expectations, proving to be even more charming and inviting than the photos suggest. It was equipped with everything we needed for an incredibly comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking essentials, making it easy and fun to cook delicious meals. We found the beds in the two upstairs bedrooms to be exceptionally comfortable. Although we didn’t use the spacious downstairs bedroom, it looks perfect for accommodating children or teens. The host was wonderfully friendly, attentive, and responsive, which added to our overall experience. We left feeling rejuvenated and are already looking forward to our next stay!
