Loved this charming and friendly hotel!

We had an amazing stay! Beautiful hotel location on the water! Not much to do for kids and we came as a family stay. The spa/pool is definitely on the spa side and less kid friendly. This is the perfect place to go for a romantic getaway! Love that so many walk around in robs to go to spa and relax. Wish we went for that so never ended up using the spa/pool. Will give us another reason to go this time without kids! Haha! Staff was Amazing! So friendly! Love the charm of the hotel too! We had a great stay!

Amazing place!

Amazing place! So glad that I changed my booking for this hotel. It is at the same time sophisticated and family-oriented, country-style and historical, lost in nature but only 25 minutes from Kalmar, calm with a fully beautifully functioning SPA Strongly recommended!

Pleasant stay

I needed some quiet and comfort and got it. Fabulous place to relax and prepare for next days job. I always bring my running shoes, and the surroundings was very pleasant. The "Reef" next to the hotel is worth visiting too.

Fantastisk sted. Fantastisk og erfarne personale. Nydelig mat og koselig og harmoniske farger pÄ interiÞr. Rommet vÄrt hette Bokfink. Nydelig rom, men veldig myk madrass, dusjforheng pÄ badet, fuktig pÄ dÞrterskelen inn til badstuen. Og en liten ting til, det manglet korkopptrekker. Ellers fantastisk myke morgenkÄper og harmoniske, lyse farger pÄ interiÞret.
Koselig bygg inn til spisesalen.
Her er rommet Bokfink i fĂžrste etasje til hĂžyre.

Helt ok stÀlle men vÀldigt varmt pÄ rummet. Ingen AC fanns. Mkt trevlig SPA och restaurang personal. Maten var god. Dock lite dÄligt av receptionen att sÀga att restaurangen var fullbokad kl 19 sÄ vi fick ta 18.30, nÀr vi kom dit fanns inte vÄr bokning noterad alls. Vi fick komma in ÀndÄ och under den tiden vi satt kvar fanns en massa lediga dukade bord. SÄ fullbokat var det inte. Vackra omgivningar. Trevligt spa men utomhuspoolen hade sÄ mycket bin eller getingar som svÀrmade runt sÄ upplevelsen var inte sÄ roligt för en allergiker. Men i det stora hela ett stÀlle vÀrt att besöka,

VÀldigt nöjda med det mesta förutom nÄgot dÄlig pÄfyllnad vid frukostbuffén samt mÄnga getingar som surrade runt utomhuspoolen (troligen pga dricka som spillts vid poolkanterna). Rent, trivsamt och vackra omgivningar.

Allt var bra förutom en vĂ€ldigt otrevlig Ă€ldre man som var servitör i restaurangen som skĂ€llde bĂ„de pĂ„ andra gĂ€ster och personal i restaurangen, vilket inte var trevligt alls. Överlag var all annan personal pĂ„ boenden fantastiska och gav en fantastisk service! Vi blev vĂ€l omhĂ€ndertagna. Fint boende med inredningen, nĂ„got varmt och kvavt i rummet - vi bodde i gamla delen.
