Accommodation description:
Enjoy the most beautiful time of the year in this picturesque Hexenwasser holiday home. It is surrounded by Tyrolean mountains and beautiful nature. Thanks to its quiet yet central location near the valley station of the Hexenwasser gondola, there is plenty of room for children to expend their energy. Two of the bedrooms are on a mezzanine and the accommodation has an enclosed private garden with furniture and a barbecue. Let the enjoyment begin!

In winter, the ski slope ends right outside the door. Enjoy the varied gastronomic offer in the bakery at the valley station in the nearby village centre of Söll or on the mountain. Various shopping opportunities can be reached within walking distance.
The granary lies at the foot of the Hohe Salve, a stone's throw away the stream flows, from where hiking trails, cycling paths and the mountain railway start. The café der Bäck smells of fresh bread and coffee from the neighbouring house. Everything is within walking distance, the swimming lake, the village of Söll with all its shopping facilities, bars and restaurants

Fabulous ski in ski out, but be sure you’re a v close family or friends!
Unbeatable location and a spacious property with a professional kitchen. A repurposed property that had open a little unusual sleeping and bath facilities. But did not detract from us having a wonderful vacation. A less relaxed group could find the almost open sleeping areas a bit of a challenge. There are really 3 private bedrooms with doors. With lots of additional beds without much privacy. Not an issue for us. Could be for some.

Sehr schöne Hütte für große Gruppen/Familien
Die Hütte ist ca. 30m vom Skilift entfernt. Top Lage! Karten für den Lift haben wir vergünstigt bekommen. Wir (14 Personen zwischen 23 und 31) haben dort ein Wochenende wegen einem Geburtstag verbracht. Relativ abgelegen von anderen Häusern. Konnten ohne Probleme laut Musik hören und haben niemanden gestört. Die meisten Betten waren in „offenen“ Bereich der Hütte. Dadurch hat man also relativ wenig Privatsphäre (für uns war das kein Problem). Die Küche gut ausgestattet. Bäder/Toiletten gab es sehr viele für die Personenanzahl. Zusammenfassung: Top moderne/luxuriöse Hütte! Absolute Empfehlung für große Gruppen!

Wir können das tolle Chalet im Herzen des Wilden Kaiser nur weiterempfehlen!
Die Kommunikation und Abwicklung mit der Agentur und vor Ort war sehr gut und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns in dem Chalet sehr wohl gefühlt und es ist für eine große Gruppe gut ausgestattet, gleichwohl etwas hellhörig. Das Chalet ist hervorragend gelegen, da es einerseits sehr zentral liegt und andererseits durch seine Ruhe und Aussicht besticht.

Sehr originelles gruppenfreundliches Ferien-Haus,
Buchen über FEWO-DIREKT, abwickeln über VILLA FOR YOU, Ansprechpartner bei nahem Seilbahnbetreiber und Zuständigkeit für den Grad der Sauberkeit eine externe Reinigungs-Firma. Das ist sehr mühsam. Wg. unzumutbarer Sauberkeit erfolgt Schreiben mit Dokumentation an Kassenleiter der Seilbahnstation (Hr.Markus). Schade für das originelle Haus!!!
