Good central Sofia choice

Great rooms and facilities. Good location Unique rooftop bar Poor service on average: non responsive mostly. An exception is Gabriella from the concierge who’s both very friendly and very efficient.

I love the room and how spacious it is. The only thing I didnt like was when the bell boy took our luggage and I was thinking he will help us bring it to our room, instead he put my duffle bag on the floor beside me during check in. I dont put my duffle bag on the floor as the floor is dirty.
