주변이 시끄럽지 않아서 아주 좋습니다. 해변도 차로 3분거리로 가깝고 속초 중앙시장도 가까워서 맛있는 음식 준비하기도 좋습니다. 겨울인데도 방이 따뜻했고, 사장님도 아주 친절하셨습니다.
