Escape to a beautiful beach condo with all the amenities of home. While the best feature is the beach just steps away from the complex, you will be amazed at the level of comfort and luxury that come with your Solana Beach retreat. Take a week to fall in love with SoCal in style. Enjoy a daily stroll on the beach or peruse shopping and restaurants on the famous Cedros Ave. This is the escape you have been waiting for.
The space
The condo is a two bedroom 1,450sf single story unit. It is an end unit with lots of windows and privacy. There are stairs to the entrance of the home. It is a large open space with room for everyone to comfortably enjoy the beach.

There are internet TVs in the living room and bedrooms. There is also high speed mesh Wifi throughout the home and a small workspace in the primary bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can stay in and make a meal if you prefer. Also, there is a retro Super Nintendo preloaded with a number of games for the younger guests, or those who are just young at heart.

There are two private outdoor spaces and the complex has tennis courts, pools, hot tubs, and direct access to the beach steps.
