Solana Beach Gem!

My wife and I had never stayed at a VRBO before. We just spent a month at Laura's house and this experience set an incredibly high bar for all of our future stays! Everything was perfect -- check in was easy, the house was immaculate and communication with Laura was a breeze. And the house itself is spectacular. We spent evenings on the porch watching the sunset, walking to Cedros Avenue for coffee in the mornings and dinner at night and generally enjoying the quiet Solana Beach neighborhood. Thank you for an awesome stay Laura -- we are already looking forward to coming back!

Oceanviews and Chef’s Kitchen

This beautifully appointed home provided a comfortable and relaxing stay for seven friends reuniting for a weekend away from the daily grind. The front patio provided exquisite ocean views from the afternoon until sunset and the kitchen and dining area afforded us the space to leisurely prepare meals together. Laura is a lovely and responsive host. We would definitely consider rebooking!

Superbly crafted remodel with many great features, including front deck with a sweeping ocean view. Excellent privacy due to mature vegetation surrounding the property. Close enough to Solana Beach retail offerings without suffering from the noise and chaos. Really incredible kitchen features, supplies, and appliances. We moved in and instantly felt at home. We will definitely be back!

The house is a special CA beach home
 wonderful vibe and beautiful grounds. Plenty of space for my family and wish we could have stayed longer to take advantage of all. The patio with string lights would make a nice outdoor dinner spot- maybe next time!

We loved our stay. The house is immaculately clean, furnished beautifully. The beds were extremely comfortable. There is a lovely deck with ocean views. Book Club-versary!

This property is stunning and so welcoming! 7 friends came here to celebrate 10 years of our book club meeting and friendship. It couldn't have been a more beautiful venue. From the gorgeous porch with ocean view, to the neutral and comforting decor on the inside. The stocked kitchen allowed us to stay in, and enjoy comfortable meals around the big farmhouse style table. The home is so spacious, we had time to be alone if we wanted to. If you want a spot to relax and enjoy the magnificent beaches of Southern California, this is the place! Our host was timely to reply to the few questions I had. I highly recommend this VRBO for family or friend gatherings.
