Great location for Soldatna... quiet spot close to town. Very clean, easy check-in and check-out. Spacious kitchen and eating area. There's a Keurig with a coffee station which was nice. Comfortable beds and everything worked well! Plus they had visitor guides out to look through. It was everything we needed for our trip!

Great Kenai Property

We were 5 adults, there was plenty of room to cook, play cards and relax. Enjoyed the fire pit and deck. Fans of the French Press that was available. Kitchen was fully equipped, we like to cook and the grill was a plus.

Very comfortable

We found the unit comfortable with all the equipment we needed to cook. We had 6 adult ( ages 70-19) Keurig coffee cups were much appreciated in the morning. Owners were responsive to my questions. We felt the location was a good for side trips to both Homer and Seward. We were very glad there was a dryer on the lower level (after we got soaked in the rain) but make sure you stock up on quarters!

Need more towels. There was one towel per person for 6 people for 4 nights and only 4 washcloths! Not enough. And the laundry situation was a joke because no one in town would give you quarters and it took 8 quarters per machine. Need another kind of system. The picture of the listing implied that it was on the river which it was not. Nice place and we enjoyed our visit.

Super clean unit

This unit was very clean and had all the accommodations. It was just a few miles from town, which was convenient. The owner was very nice. Twice we saw a moose grazing in the front yard about 2 properties down the road. We would highly recommend staying here.

Place was as advertised, and quite clean, spacious and well equipped. Great firepit area. Great location. Added bonus = quiet area. Only possible improvement could be to add some lighting in dining area. Thanks for a great time!

Very comfortable and successful trip for 3 women.

Bedding and living room was very comfortable. There was a stocked kitchen with Keurig machine and coffee. If you plan to do laundry, bring quarters as that was all the machines took. WiFi wasn’t too good, but it may be like that in the area. Netflex was provided and we had no problem watching a movie. I would definately stay here again.

This Apartment was perfect for our stay. We came down to dipnet and stay for a couple of nights.

This property was quite comfortable for out group. It was roomy inside and the yard and surroundings were well manicured. It was a little warm inside as we ended up staying there on one of the unusually hottest days in the summer. Screens on the windows might have helped with the heat situation but otherwise everything was super comfortable and very clean and neat!!!!!
