It can accommodate up to 6 people.At the entrance level, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with fireplace and a dining area for 6 persons as well as a screening room with separate satellite TV and audio system.
The outdoor area consist of an heated swimming pool, a pool/shower area, a spectacular outdoor dining area (for 6prs.) by the swimming pool, a separate BBQ, lounge area next to the garden and pool. All outdoor areas including the pool have specialized lighting which creates a unique evening atmosphere. The property is gated and walled to provide maximum security, privacy, and seclusion with free private parking spaces.Baby cot and baby feeding high chair available on request. This is a ground floor apartment, so it is accessible for any disability. Wi-fi is free of charge.

Traum-Villa

Die Ferienwohnung ist wie beschrieben. Reichlich Platz für 6 Personen. Sehr sauber, geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. In der Wohnung fehlt es an nichts, alles was man benötigst ist vorhanden. Voll ausgestattete Küche, großer Ess- und Wohnbereich, große und bequeme Betten.... Alles perfekt. Den großen Fernseher hatten wir so gut wie nie an, dies war auch gar nicht nötig. Die meiste Zeit haben wir im Außenbereich verbracht. Dieser ist sehr gepflegt und bietet reichlich Sitz- oder Liegemöglichkeiten zum entspannen. Ausgestattet mit eigenem Pool, Außenküche mit Grill, Außendusche und moderner Außentoilette bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Der Pool war für uns und meine Kinder das absolute Highlight. Groß, angenehm temperiert, Ausgestattet mit "Kobra" und Jacuzzi und sehr sauber haben meine Kinder viel Zeit in ihm verbracht. Bei den doch recht hohen Temperaturen der beste Zufluchtsort. Allein der Pool und der Außenbereich hätte nochmals 5 Sterne verdient. Die Wohnung befindet sich etwas abseits mit Blick über Split und der Adria. Dadurch ist es sehr ruhig und ideal zum entspannen. Ein Bäcker ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Wohnung. Ebenfalls für die Gastgeber würde ich nochmals 5 Sterne geben. Toni hat uns bei der Anreise geholfen und uns sehr nett empfangen. Er war sehr hilfsbereit, egal bei was. Ob es um die Auswahl des Restaurants, Bestellen eines Tischs im Restaurant, Taxis buchen, Koordinaten von guten Stränden oder das Buchen von Jetskis (@Toni das nächste mal frage ich dich zuerst :-) ) ging, Toni war immer für uns da und half wo es nur ging. Auch das ein oder Andere Bierchen mit ihm am Abend hat gut geschmeckt. Das Willkommensgetränk, die frischen Tomaten aus dem eigenen Garten oder die riesige Portion frisch zubereitete Muschen, die wir von den Gastgebern bekamen..... Einfach nur ein Traum. Kurzum: In der Villa Tonini hat man sich rundum wohl und Willkommen gefühlt. Hier wird Gastfreundschaft noch sehr groß geschrieben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Fantastisches Apartment und sehr freundliche Gastgeber

Das Apartment entspricht den Bildern im Inserat. Es ist stilvoll eingerichtet. Der Pool ist groß und bietet viel Platz zum Toben und Entspannen. Von der Terrasse hat man eine schöne Aussicht auf Split. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.
