Beautiful Country Villa With Private Pool & Huge Garden

This lovely and elegant finca is located between the lovely towns of Soller and Biniaraix surrounded by the mountains of the dramatic Serra de Tramuntana .
The property offers a luxurious and secretive refuge, in the heart of a big and peaceful garden with an orange grove, close to the village of Soller.
The ambiance with the comfort and luxury makes this area a perfect family and friend summer hideaway.
The four bedroom finca, and its one bedroom casita has been designed to accommodate 8 to 10 people with terraces and balconies opening out onto incredible views of the orange groves, the mountains and the village.

The finca and casita of CasPuputMallorca are constructed from old wood and local stone. The large living spaces and bedrooms have been lovingly furnished bringing modern living, contemporary fabrics and traditional design together.

The first floor boasts with two master king-size double bedrooms. The one with a private balcony and open bathroom, the second one with a separate bathroom and a private terrace. Both with breathtaking views. Furthermore this floor offers two large twin/queen-size double bedrooms with views and with an en suite shower room and toilet.

The ground floor offers a spacious lounge with designer sofas around the fireplace opening into the dining room, a fully equipped open plan kitchen with all appliances, a living room opening towards the pool house and pool. a toilet and a wide veranda with lunch table and sun chairs.

At the other side of the private swimming pool you’ll find the casita.
The romantic casita offers a separate hideaway with an open plan kitchen, a spacious shower room, and private terrace facing the pool.

Children will be happy to hear that there is a trampoline in the garden.

The Serra de Tramuntana is a mountain range running southwest-northeast which forms the northern backbone of the Spanish island of Mallorca. On the 27th June 2011 The Tramuntana Range was awarded World Heritage Status by UNESCO as an area of great Physical and Cultural significance.
The garden offers great view over the impressive mountan range.

The finca is on walking distance from the charming village Soller. Set in a lush valley of orange groves between the mountains and the sea, Soller is popular with day trippers who arrive on the vintage train from Palma and seem to do little but sit outside the cafes in Placa Constitucid soaking up the atmosphere and the sun. With several tapas bars, a fine selection of pastry-shops, local ice-cream and freshly squeezed orange juice, there is little temptation to move on.

There is a charming little train going several tie a day to the Capital, Palma de Mallorca and to Port de Soller
There are busses that can take you to walking routes.
Many people come to Soller to enjoy "The Great Outdoors". The surrounding countryside is so beautiful, it's almost a crime not to be outside to enjoy it!
Hiking is a major draw for visitors who are spoiled for choice when it comes to hiking trails. You can choose from coastal walks to heading deep into the Tramuntana mountain range.

Lovely Villa

We came for a family treat, 6 adults and 3 small children. Lovely villa and facilities. Fabulous views all around. Easy walk into the great town of Soller. Steps in the beautiful gardens a little challenging with small children. Do hire small cars as the last 2 lanes to the villa are narrow.

Beautiful Villa in a stunning setting.

From the moment we arrived we were so impressed by the Villa. It is stunning and so well equipped from the kitchen, brilliant gas bbq, pool toys and the cot bed has a really comfy mattress. The villa is beautifully designed and is full of art work and character - it feels like a home. The garden has several lovely spots for sun downers. In every location there’s an incredible view of the mountains. Tish and Suzy were so helpful and responsive and we have just loved every minute. Can’t wait to book again.

Beautiful villa in stunning surroundings

From start to finish our stay in Cas Puput was amazing. Tisha was a brilliant host who, upon arrival, met us at the villa and provided us with a warm welcome. The villa itself was just perfect - everything we needed for a family holiday. The pool and gardens were stunning and kept the children entertained! The location was also great- just a 15 minute stroll into SĂłller.

Renting Casa Puput was a great experience. Set in a beautiful location surrounded by mountains absolutely stunning. Fairly short walk into the town of Soller where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. Villa was well equipped and pool and outside areas were amazing. If you ret a car make sure you get the smallest one you can as Road up to villa is extremely tight. All in all a great holiday .

Beautiful homely villa

Wonderful stay. Beautiful villa, managed professionally and warmly by Tisha. Tisha couldn’t have done enough for us, went over and above and made us feel incredibly welcome. Also lovely to have all the little bits and bobs needed in the kitchen upon arrival which made it much easier with the children! Look forwards to a repeat visit to enjoy Soller and it’s surrounding beauty.

Wonderful property

The property was perfect for us. We went with family, three generations - and worked so well for all of us. My parents used the casita which worked well not having stairs. The location is quiet but you can walk in to Soller in about 20mins. The roads are very narrow so if hiring a car get the smallest one possible. Tisha, the property manager couldn’t have been more helpful. We are already looking to book for next year.

Summer break

The property is lovely - we are used to the tight lanes in and around Soller and had asked for the smallest car at the hire desk- of course we got a large one! We managed. If you are new to Soller - always take full car insurance. The house itself is beautiful, in a quiet location with wonderful views down across the valley and up to the maintains. It had everything we needed and more for days lazing by the pool. Soller town square is within easy walking distance and takes you past some lovely shops. Driving to the port is quick as is Fornalutx. We also walked to the square and took the tram to the port one night. Taxis are a nightmare. I hope this improves. We had a super week resting and recharging in the peace of the Soller surroundings. Tisha is a very helpful host and we hope to return. Thank you

This setting of this villa is stunning, surrounded by beautiful countryside and mountain backdrop. Sun on the pool all day, plenty of shade. All just perfect. Tisha was so helpful with everything. Highly recommend.

Amazing house

Excellent stays. We were a group of 6 cyclists for a week of cycling. Beautiful and spacious place. The pool area is perfect for cooling off. Also, the house is a bit outside of Soller, so the atmosphere is very calm and we could hear the birds. Tisha, the owner, was present when we arrived. She explained everything about the house to us. The rooms are all equipped with air conditioning, a plus on very hot summer days. The outdoor dining area is perfect for meals with friends and families. This house is amply suitable for large families. We will come back to it. PS: the path to get to the house is very narrow, so avoid it if you have a big vehicle.

Small well maintained house w. walking distance to SĂłller

The house is very nice and really well looked after, you can feel that someone lives here and love the house. The master bedroom is fantastic, although we found the other bedrooms a bit small and dark. The casita is spacious and comfortable. Great big kitchen with everything you can ask for and a large cosy livingroom with lots of space for everyone. The house and garden are a bit smaller than we expected, but the kids loved it and had enough room outside for fun games. The pool area is nice, not the biggest pool but it works fine and we loved hanging out in the sofas by the pool. The house is a bit hard to find, and the roads are really narrow, it’s located quite close to Sóller but it feels a bit like in the middle of nowhere with the high mountains sorrounding it. You need a car if you want to go grocery shopping or move around, taxi is almost impossible to get. You will reach Sóller main square by foot, it takes about 15-20 minutes, and each morning we took a walk into town to have breakfast!

Such a special place

We loved the location of this villa within walking distance of Soller, and within easy driving to a multitude of towns, villages, hikes, wineries, etc. It accommodated 5 couples easily, and we found the rooms comfortable. What makes this property a standout is the amazing views, the feeling of being in an authentic Mallorcan setting, and the amazing scents of the blossoming orange and lemon trees. Tucked away in a maze of streets, it may be challenging at first to find and maneuver, but the discovery of this serene oasis is worth the effort!
