The Villa has a rustic charm, is well appointed, spacious, and is located in beautiful surroundings with a lovely large pool from which you can see the Mountains. It is also within easy walking distance of Soller with all itâs excellent amenities. We had a car for a short while but found the local transport- bus, quaint tram and train, and taxis very reliable for getting to Palma and outlying villages. There are many lovely treks in the area. Checking in was straight forward as we had been sent clear details on how to reach the villa and gain access. The hosts were very helpful when we needed to contact them. This is a lovely part of Mallorca and we would happily go again.
Arrangements for arrival and departure no problem. Finca in a quiet area but only a short walk to shops and SĂłller town. Lovely swimming pool. Great views of the mountains. Kitchen very well equipped for a self catering holiday. Owners easy to contact and very helpful. A great family holiday. Thank you
Well equipped finca in an excellent position. Walkable to both Soller in 10 mins and Puerto Soller in 40 or on the tram from Soller. Exactly as described. Beautiful outdoor area, especially around the pool, where you could get sun or shade throughout the day. Communication with owners were easy and any questions were quickly answered.Good supermarkets nearby, check out the Agromart for fresh fruit and veg. Would benifit from mosquito netting on the windows, but air con in every room worked well. Would thoroughly recommend.
Delightful Family Villa in the quiet surroundings of Soller
We had a brilliant stay. The villa was perfect for us. We all like to go out and eat and the cafe down the road was excellent. Equally we like to cook and the facilities at the house were perfect too. The hosts were always on hand to communicate any questions we had too. Pool and surrounding gardens were lovely. Very peaceful and refreshing. We have a wonderful week.
Beautiful villa near to Soller (about 20min walk to the town square). 10min drive to the Port. Highly recommend. The owners were very quick to reply to any questions and provided lots of helpful info including restaurants etc to help us settle in.
We have just spent 2 weeks at Es Campet. One week with two couples and one week with one couple. It is a characterful finca, its age and history being part of its charm and the reason one comes to Soller. The finca has all the facilities one requires on holiday including bedroom aircon, laundry and a kitchen well stocked with all cooking essentials. The pool is a joy and a great place to relax. Its only a 5 minute walk to the nearest supermarket and 10-15 mins to the central square and tram/train. Plenty of on site parking although the entrance is narrow but there is also plenty of parking space on the street. Our hosts Franck and Claude-Marie were very helpful and responsive to the few queries we had. We all had a very enjoyable and relaxing time at Es Campet!
The garden was a mess. Long grass, untrimmed bushes, wood pile with overturned wheelbarrow, separate burning pile, broken pots, wild bushes. Pingpong table wasn't set up. BBQ was small and dirty so we didn't use it. The swimming pool was dirty. We cleaned some of the vents. Gardener said it was one day's waste but the amount of needles said differently. Pool water was too cold to swim in.
The inside was a mess. The construction of the finca is poor. Uneven boards, crazy stairway with no banister. Everyone stubbed their toes and my wife broke her toe tripping on an uneven surface. It was dirty, especially the tiny kitchen sinks. Shelving in kitchen was falling apart in some cupboards. Hole in the kitchen wall was disguised by an apron. Downstairs closets were full of junk including smelly mops. Washer & Dryer located in a 'room' attached to finca. Again, fulll of stuff including mops, hoes, etc. Difficult to get the washing machine. No instructions provided for any of the appliances. Found cockroach in master bath. Crib that was left in master bedroom was wooden and noncollapsible and large. Very difficult to get it into a different room and out of the way because of small doorways. Master shower was blocked. We used plunger and bleach to clear it. I asked the owner (who is the manager) to provide a clean shower curtain and he did. The one we had was too long for the shower and dirt/filth/discoloration 1/3 way up curtain. Master bath closet was full of owner's things. No doors on closets, just curtains. Lighting was poor in kitchen so had to bring in lamps from the living room. If it wasn't for the view of the mountains and the location to hiking trails, etc. we would have been extremely disappointed. This finca needs a lot of work and it's overpriced from our perspective. No value for money. We spent way too much time figuring out where things were, how they worked, etc. Cannot recommend.
A brilliant Finca in a great part of Soller. Highly recommend.
All of my family had an amazing week, ranging from 20s to much older! Highly recommend, very private, Soller is great and port de Soller is lovely as well.
The Finca has everything you need for a large group. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with platters and dishes galore. The pool is fantastic and the views are amazing of the mountains. Perhaps hire a car if you want to explore as we did. Everyone said they had an amazing week. Thanks to Franck for being so responsive to our needs and requests.
We stayed here for a week and the villa was fantastic - plenty of space, and a beautiful, relaxing pool area, with the most glorious mountain views. Air con in the bedrooms was a much needed bonus. The town was a 15 min walk away with plenty of great restaurants to choose from, although you need to pre book a lot of them. The Port was a (pricey) tram ride from the town centre and again had loads of choice of places to eat. We didn ât have a car but would probably recommend getting one for the beach/Port, plus surrounding areas. Overall a great stay and I would definitely recommend this villa.
Very nice house, just so suitable for us and according to expectations (although pictures needs update, bedrooms are nicer in reality)! Perfect poolarea!
Spacious parking but a bit tight as always in Soller.
It would have been nice with a lounge-area/cozy furnitures/sofas outside the houseâŠ.that was the only thing that we missed!
The garden and fruit-trees need some love and affection too but that was not a big deal for us. New tabletennis-rackets are requiered though, Franckđ
Amazing Villa located on the outskirts of Soller with beautiful mountain views. Being just 10-15 mins walk from the centre of the town, we were perfectly located for our holiday. The tram to Port de Soller is easy to catch or it is only 5 mins by car if you want to visit the beach.
The pool area was excellent and used everyday. The kids and adults all loved it.
The owners/hosts, Franck and Marie, were very helpful, even purchasing a travel cot as there were two children requiring a cot on our stay.
The pictures donât give you a great idea about the standard of the interior but we were very happy to find a large, clean, working kitchen, lovely open living room (with a separate toilet room and extra shower at the end) and a large first floor.
Our only (minor) complaint is the size disparity between the master bedroom and the other double bedrooms is not shown in the pictures, but this was very very minor in our enjoyment of the villa and the service provided by the hosts.
Overall we would love to return and would recommend the Villa to anyone visiting Mallorca.
We spent three weeks in this amazing finca, two adults and two kids (3 and 6 years old) and different visits of adult friends. Perfect floor-plan with bedrooms and many bathrooms on the second floor and kitchen (with all equipment you can ask for) and living room on the first floor. The pool area is beautiful and you almost never want to leave the house and the garden. The location is perfect, very quiet and private but still you feel that that you are in the city of soller with a 15 minutes walk to the city centre. I can just highly recommend this accommodation, both if you are traveling with kids or just adults. /Alice with family from Sweden
Due to all the bath rooms this finca is really perfect for up to 8 grown ups. We enjoyed the garden and the surroundings. Itâs important to note that an ordinairy GPS cannot find the House.
