This very comfortable, and well maintained stone built Casita (cottage) has everything you would need for the perfect getaway.
The property boasts a private salt water swimming pool on a terrace that enjoys spectacular and panoramic views of the Tramuntana monuntains and the Sóller valley.
The property has air-conditioning throughout.The bedroom has a very comfortable King size bed (160x200). The kitchen is well equipped (dishwasher, fan oven, microwave, Nespresso maker etc.) ideal for romantic meals at home either inside at the dining area, or outside on the terrace.
A charming stone terrace just in front of the casita is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast in the Mallorcean morning sun. There is a bright sitting room with a large & comfortable L-shaped sofa & 50 inch TV.
There is hot & cold air conditioning in this open-plan room too and a wood burning stove for the cooler months. There is a washing machine room to the side of the house and ample space behind the house to dry clothes.
The view from the property is astounding, making it the ideal location for couples wanting to get away from it all in complete privacy.
The property has all the necessary services for you to enjoy your holiday as if you were at home. Each booking is handled personally with attention to detail.
The property offers an ideal and popular location, between September through to Spring, for walkers and cyclists. Many walks are right on your doorstep!
There is a large sunbathing area with sun loungers to enjoy the views, peace and tranquility.
The garden and grounds are maintained regularly.
