Beautiful apartment in first line of Port de Sóller. In a few steps you will reach the Repic beach and the pedestrian area with many restaurants and shops. The apartment is located on the second floor of a traditional Mallorcan building without elevator. There is hot and cold air conditioning and German TV Astra and Internet. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with all the necessary tools, as well as oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge with freezer. There is a small terrace to sit and enjoy a breakfast coffee overlooking the sea.

Perfect location.

Within reach of everything. Beach, bars restaurants and tram stop is right outside. Apartment only 100 yards from beach. Spacious and nice balcony to enjoy the views looking out over the whole bay.

Location could not be better!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is absolutely perfect, an easy walk for the beach, lots of restaurants, cafe's, ice cream. View from the balcony is lovely. Our teenagers having their own room, and plenty of space to relax. A few things weren't working, Netflix/TV channels, and the beds were not very comfy, but the price represents good value. Host was very easy to communicate with.

Summer getaway

We had a fantastic time once again in Port de Soller. This apartment is all about Location Location Location! Morning coffee and evening drinks on balcony perfect, kids of course enjoyed the regular trams passing :) Our agent, Marta, was fabulous, looked after us so well, both before and during holiday. Lovely and pleasant family stay

We had a great time staying at this apartment! The location is fantastic, close to a bakery which meant we could enjoy fresh pastries every morning and close to everything else along the port. We loved the views of the beach and trams from our balcony. The 2 in 1 washer-dryer machine was a lifesaver as we could keep on top of our laundry without worrying about coming back from our trip with so much laundry to do (a win for families!) The apartment was spacious and felt airy with the high ceilings. The only thing missing is a lift/elevator but other than that, we’d be happy to stay here again.

Fantastic location to explore Port de Soller

The whole booking process with Mallorca Dream Homes was completely straightforward, despite having to defer for a year due to the pandemic. We were informed about everything clearly and in a friendly manner. The apartment is ideally located, a few steps to the beach, with a fantastic restaurant ‘El Sabor’ below - they let us take drinks up to our apartment at the end of the evening which was a bonus! The beds weren’t the most comfortable and wi-fi virtually non-existent (hence the four stars), but we weren’t at Port de Soller to look at the Internet anyway! The apartment had everything else you could need, the longest balcony ever which was a great place to sit out to watch the tram go by. Loved the modern, simple decor and the wonderful ‘library corner’. Highly recommend this apartment which easily accommodated the four of us.

Stayed here with my wife and 2children 3&4yrs old...we loved the location of the property right next to the beach and restaurants. Not sure how my sons will cope without the daily tram spotting at home!

Unbeatable location

The location of this apartment is perfect. 20 metres from the beach. and the promenade. No need for a car as everything is within walking distance and there is very good public transport links. There is both a mountain and sea view from the balcony. We loved sitting and watching the world go by. The rental agent always responded promptly. I would have preferred to have been met at the property rather than collect and keys from a box outside an office ( we had to stop on our transfer from the airport and on our way home we had to stop to return the keys). However, I didn't need to worry - it all went smoothly. The kitchen was well equipped. There is loads of wardrobe space in each bedroom. We found the beds comfortable. We were only 4 adults and I felt there wasn't enough comfortable seating in the living room. The sofa looks much larger in the photos - it is only a 2 seater. Then there were a couple of wicker chairs and a rocking chair. Definitely not enough for 6 people. These are not major points. If I return to Port de Soller I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else!

A perfect property in a lovely, convenient location. Be mindful of the two flights of stairs to access the apartment but well worth the struggle of carry up the suitcases!

Highly Recommend this Stunning Apartment...

Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the apartment was perfect for us and even had a balcony overlooking the bay. Situated in a great spot. It's close to the tram link taking you to beautiful Soller village where you sightsee, wine and dine or can catch a connecting train into Palma and beyond, shops close by including a bakery for fresh bread and cakes in the mornings Mmmm delicious, great bars & restaurants too. There's lots to do on the water, including boat trips around the island, hire paddle boards, kayaks & even a pedlow for a bit of fun! There is a bike and car hire place nearby too. The views of the mountains are out of this world and Porte de Soller is nestled nicely below. Some great little shops and a taxi rank too. We would definitely recommend!

The Appartment ist really lovely, however, the equipment needs to be updatet in many areas:The small clothes rack in the balcony is completely rostet, you cannot use it. The other small rack outside the window is too small to dry all clothes from a washing process. i suggest buying a larger clothes rack

Sehr schön gelegene Unterkunft mit Blick auf die Bucht samt Hafen, Strand, Meer und Promenade samt Straßenbahn. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig und wenn man die Fenster geschlossen lässt ist es trotz Trubel draußen ruhig, ab 0 Uhr ist es auch bei geöffneten Fenster ruhig. Die Unterkunft war sauber und die Wände wurden kürzlich gestrichen. Der Geschirrspüler sollte ausgetauscht werden, er hat diverse Defekte, nur mit Workarounds wird das Geschirr sauber. Das Geschirr ist für sechs Personen recht knapp bemessen, es könnte wie einige Möbel Marke Ikea auch erneut werden, um dem Hervorragend gerecht zu werden. Alles in allem Hervorragend mit Abstrichen, die kleinen Mängel könnte der Vermieter mit einer übersichtlichen Investition sicher schnell beseitigen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Gute Raumaufteilung - alles was man braucht vorhanden - Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Waschmaschine, Spühlmaschine - alles da (Verbrauchsmaterialien wie Spühlmittel, Taps, Salz, Pfeffer etc. Muss man mitbringen) Die Wohnung ist Top gelegen - man muss nur wissen, dass man direkt an der Haltestation der historischen Bahn wohnt, was man von 09 Uhr bis 21 Uhr hört - aber das war uns vorher klar - uns war Strandnähe, gute Restaurants und der Spielplatz direkt vor der Tür sowie eine kleine Kneipe direkt nebenan wichtiger 😉 Vielen Dank für die tollen 11 Tage in der sehr sauberen Wohnung mit problemloser Schlüsselübergabe dank MiniSave

Entspannter Strandurlaub mit Kindern

Wir waren nun das dritte Jahr in Folge in dieser Ferienwohnung. Erfreulicherweise wurden zwischenzeitlich tatsächlich die Matratzen ersetzt, so dass es aus unserer Sicht nun überhaupt nichts mehr auszusetzen gibt. Es ist einfach eine tolle Ferienwohnung für einen entspannten Strand- und ggf. Wanderurlaub mit Kindern. Die Lage ist hervorragend und die Wohnung großzügig geschnitten.
