Lou Gatoun - Cottage Climatisé

The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this air-conditioned cottage with a swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna for rent in Solliès-Toucas. It has a surface area of 40 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests. It consists of a 20 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower), and you can enjoy a garden of approximately 20 m². We are waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 20 m² living room with TV and sofa bed
- An open-plan kitchenette equipped with an electric kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, and more
- Bedroom 1: with a bunk bed (sleeps 1) and a single bed
- Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

Outside:
- A 15 m² east-west terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days
- Unheated outdoor, shared pool with paddling pool and sun loungers (open from April to October and secured by a fence, depending on weather conditions)
- 250 m² wellness area (sauna, hammam) open from June to September (additional charge)

The cottage is ideally located in Solliès-Toucas, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.

Activities:
- Hiking in the Forêt des Maures: explore picturesque trails in the heart of a forest renowned for its cork oaks, waterfalls, and streams
- Visit the Château de Solliès-Pont, a 13th-century medieval building offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains
- Solliès-Toucas Provençal market, ideal for discovering local flavors

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly on the cottage's private parking lot (1 car). Free parking is available inside the estate.

For other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest train station: Solliès-Pont, located about 5 minutes away by car
- Nearest airport: Toulon-Hyères, located about 25 minutes away by car

Other remarks:
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made to our local partner). The rates given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- Washing machine and dishwasher available at an additional cost. Please contact the residence reception. Baby cot and high chair available for hire upon request. Iron available to borrow.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- Swimming pool: Children must be supervised by a parent when swimming. Opening dates are not contractual (swimming pool/wellness area) and are subject to weather conditions
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Any request to arrive or depart outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the receptionist. A flat-rate surcharge may be applied.
