Our home is located just a peaceful, 10-minute walk along the water from the main Rogač ferry dock. You can step right off the boat, enjoy a short stroll through the harbour and native pine trees, and immediately unlock your private apartment without ever waiting in island traffic lines. This premium upper-floor apartment features exclusive access to a massive 48-square-meter private terrace boasting truly outstanding, unobstructed views of the Adriatic Sea. The Space & layout (Sleeps up to 6): Bedroom 1: Comfortably sleeps 2 in a Double Bed. Bedroom 2: Comfortably sleeps 2 in two Single Beds. Relaxing stay on a beautiful island

We enjoyed a very relaxing two weeks in this apartment. It's clearly a well-loved holiday home rather than a commercial enterprise, and, as a result, is very well equipped with everything you might need. The terrace, and the views from it, are the real highlight. Colin, the owner, was very prompt in answering questions and he also provided a lot of useful information. We followed his recommendations for restaurants in both Rogač and Grohote, and both were excellent. Šolta is a lovely island - very green and unspoilt, and very easy to get to from Split.

Lovely but

I stayed here in 2019 and it was perfect so I decided to stay again. I was disappointed this time as there was a lot of dust and a few things where broken or not working properly. I also think some bathroom renovation is needed. But the location, balcony and bedrooms where good.

Really nice apartment for the price and overall. Brand new bathroom, comfy living room. When you close the blinds and the windows you cannot hear the cicadas at all. The view from the terrace is gorgeous! You might just stay there at all times for the view and be happy. Read the host's instructions on how to walk to the secluded beach - you don't need to go to any other one and there is almost no one there. We had a great time. That you, Colin.

Wunderschön mit tollem Ausblick!

Von der Terrasse schaut man auf die tolle Hafenbucht. Die Wohnung selbst ist gemütlich und sauber. Der Weg zur Wohnung ist steil und eng, doch eben dadurch erhält man den super Ausblick. Alles, was man braucht ist vorhanden. In der Nähe gibt es mehrere sehr schöne und leckere Restaurants. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war auch bei kleinen Fragen stets schnell und er hat sich sofort gekümmert.
