Bathroom door didn’t latch shut, my 5 year old walked out of the bathroom with the toilet paper holder in his hand because it wasn’t attached to the wall correctly. Went all the way to the pool to find out you had to request access at the desk, then when we were let in the water was ice cold.

Better than average

The lobby was clean and cool, breakfast area the same. The two rooms we had were HUMID, one of them very musty smelling. Even running the a/c didn't help. They were more humid than the outdoors at night. Breakfast was pretty good, but the only fresh fruit provided was a couple of bananas and some really, really old and awful apples. Overall better than average with comfy beds and baby crib provided.

I checked into this hotel on August 12th. I originally booked two nights, but because the pool water wasn't heated, I successfully canceled one night with the front desk on August 12th and changed it to one night. The front desk told me they would refund me. I checked out on August 13th, but why haven't they refunded me?

Nice size room, but had trouble getting them to clean it. We stayed 4 nights and wanted it to be clean (new towels and sheets and empty garbage) after 2nd night, but they didn’t clean until after 3rd night when we asked repeatedly. Pool was too cold. Breakfast was the best part, amazing cinnamon rolls!
