It was the perfect place for the NYE celebration. Staff were friendly and helpful.Room is clean and worth the price. Of course, there is a but…we suggest that you place a full body mirror. Lastly, someone knocked on our door around 0930H, it was confirmed by front desk that it was usually the housekeeping. I hope they will be considerate next time,we went there to celebrate New Year’s eve and had a couple of drinks. We needed the sleep before check out as we had planned.

The front desk staff were amazing. However, our experience in this hotel was disappointing. The hot tub was douced with clorine and the white foams had dirt on top- as if it hadnt been cleaned in ages. The pool did not look clean. One of the elevators wasnt working. There was a convention and every area of the hotel were unruly kids. The room had a strange configuration- couldnt sit on the sofa to eat & watch a movie. No amenities to take home. The food took over an hour and it was just okay. I was not impressed.

We went down to the restaurant at 12pm on a Sunday and it was closed. We were really looking forward to eating breakfast inside the hotel since it was snowing outside. We had to trek out into the snow to find a place to eat.
