The elevator in the building do not work most of the time. It’s like living in a kennel with barking dogs all nights. All animals should be kept on the same floor. Out of respect for other paying guests

I really enjoyed my weekend stay. The staff David was really nice and welcoming. Our room was clean and had a nice little kitch. It was basically like a studio. After reading reviews, i realize the location has two different buildings. I stood at studio 6 and a non-smoking room. The only issues i had was i wish the pillows were fluffier and i wish the maid knocked the door before entering in. My guest forgot to lock the door before he quickly step out and came back in. I thought the maids are aware which rooms are checked out. It wasnt a big problem because overrall, i really enjoyed my stay. The area was safe and super clean. I will go back again.

The property looks nice only in puctures. The place was so nasty. Roaches everywhere amd the hallways smell like urine.

Not one housekeeper came to change the sheets, clean the room the pillow needed to be thrown out. There were cigarette hose in the linens, comforter coffee maker did not work was broken. I had to kill bugs. The pictures look nice, but it doesn’t do justice to the way the room is when you see it in person.

I’ve never left a hotel mid-stay until now. Literally just walked out. Kids fighting in the parking lot when I arrived. Entire place reeked of cigarettes. Walked into my room to a smell that nearly made me vomit. At this point it was midnight and I was so tired I convinced myself to just go to sleep. Next morning in light of day I saw how dirty everything was. Was going to the front desk to tell them I was leaving a day early but loud, angry shouting from the direction of the front desk had me just walk out a side door and leave.

This hotel is disgusting! The hallway reeks cigarette/smoke, the carpets seriously need to be replaced, the rooms have roaches, and you have to cover your nose in the elevator because it smells so bad. In addition to the lack of cleanliness, the police are at this property on a daily basis, due to drug addicts and people with mental health issues arguing, causing disturbances, and the lack of professionalism on behalf of the staff that works there. This was the absolute WORST hotel experience I’ve ever had and this place should be SHUT DOWN!
