Get ready to enjoy all the Laurel Highlands has to offer, right at your fingertips! Walkable to the slopes (for older kids and adults), walkable to the pool & playground, no matter the time of year, this property can accommodate! Long term rentals welcome! FOR SKIERS - you can walk the path across from the front door up to the road, it's less than 0.3 mile walk to the main chair lifts.
Wifi, updated vinyl flooring, stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, stone countertops, Keurig single serve coffee maker, breakfast bar, 2 Roku TVs, pellet stove, sleeping for 6 guests and views out every back window…this property can accommodate your getaway any time of year!
The open floor plan and large windows make it easy for entertaining. With a dining room table with seating for four and four breakfast bar stools, there’s plenty of room for everyone to be together. It is located near the slopes for winter fun and a short walk to the pool and clubhouse for summer fun. The Hidden Valley Resort is surrounded by several state parks and forests, golf courses and miles of hiking trails and fishing streams…an abundance of activities for everyone to enjoy!
The upstairs master bedroom features a queen bed, Roku TV and a private master bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second upstairs bedroom offers a queen bed while the third has a set of twin bunk beds with a trundle, they share a common full bath.
The ground level features a half bathroom and the main living areas (kitchen, living and dining) with access to the back deck overlooking the mountains. Ceiling fans throughout the property for summer comfort!
For those who enjoy the autumn foliage, the views on top of the mountain are breathtaking!
