The lady at the front desk was great! Check in was easy and she explained everything. Room was warm when we walked in which was a plus! Room was clean and larger than expected. Small fridge and microwave in room. Hair dryer in bathroom.

I didn't like this place first place. We checked in, decided to take a shower, bathtub got clogged. We were transferred to another room. There also the same thing, the AC unit was not working. I have videos to prove it. I will not recommend anyone to this place. The inn so close to the freeway, it's so noisy. The parking lot is open is un safe. I didn't fee safe at this place , we moved out and choose a different one.

Very easy check in. The woman was so nice and sweet which automatically just makes my stay start off the right way. There are cameras around the outside of the property which made me feel extra safe. Rooms were very clean as well. Would come baxk

The room had a weird smell upon initially coming in but faded after we had the air on for a few minutes. The room itself was clean as was the bathroom. The toilet seat had some black scuff marks that were off-putting. The staff were very friendly. We were on the ground floor facing the highway and heard a lot of traffic but it wasn't hard to sleep despite that. The hotel is somewhat isolated from anything of note beyond Northlandz and a shopping center off of 202. Would recommend for the proximity to the Black River and Western railroad and the reasonable price.

We walked in and the first thing we noticed were the huge stains on the bed. Then we pulled the blanket off to just sleep on the sheets but they were stained, dirty, and had a bunch of cigarette burns on them. So I walked over to the closet to find the extra clean sheets usually found at hotel rooms and those had even more burnholes and stains. The pullout couch also had a huge stain on it. The air conditioning couldn’t be adjusted and when we tried it turned into a fan that blew out warm air that smelled like vomit. The bed was really bouncy and uncomfortable. The only positive thing I will say is the bathroom was clean.

I have stayed several times at Travel Inn without any issues except for ventilation. I know it is impossible to turn away travelers who smoke but this time whoever occupied the adjacent rooms to be me smoked most of the night that it was impossible to sleep and breathe especially since I have bad asthma. In the future I seriously would consider staying at a hotel with a stricter No Smoking Policy enforced.

Goodnight sleep !

Just a quick overnight stay but was pleasantly surprised. Clean and comfortable as bigger “name” hotels. Best compliment i can give is I would stay here again when I am back in the area.
