You will enjoy a private garden nestled among pine trees, offering a unique atmosphere of nature and tranquillity. The private terrace features a plancha, perfect for sharing convivial moments, while the balcony provides additional outdoor space. A table tennis table is also available for entertainment for all ages.



Carefully decorated, the house highlights Hossegor’s traditional architecture and was fully renovated in 2024. The spacious bedrooms offer comfortable bedding. From this quiet neighbourhood, you can reach the town centre and the lake in 10 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by bike, and the beaches in 15 minutes by bike or 5 minutes by car.
