This magnificent villa includes an entrance, a beautiful, large and bright living room entirely facing the outside, with a dining room, a living room with television and an open kitchen fitted and equipped with a fridge/freezer, kitchen piano gas and oven, combined microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker and dishwasher.
A laundry room with two washing machines, two tumble dryers, microwave, dishwasher and a fridge/freezer.
The master suite, offering a view of the swimming pool, is equipped with a 160 bed, cupboards and a bathroom with walk-in shower and WC. A second bedroom with a 160 bed, cupboard, and a bathroom with WC.
A separate toilet is also located on the ground floor.
Upstairs: a bedroom with a 160 cm bed and closet, as well as a dormitory that can accommodate up to 4 people, made up of two 140 cm beds and an 80 cm bed. A bathroom with shower and a separate toilet complete this floor.
The exterior includes a large garden with a ping-pong table and a basketball hoop. The 10x5 m swimming pool, heated and equipped with a safety shutter, is ideal for moments of relaxation.
