Close enough to all the action but just far enough to be out of the mix when its time to call it a day. Very nice would highly recommend.

Positive: The condo was really nice and staff of the condo was really friendly and helpful. The location is about 15 to 20 mins walk from the beach (Sosua and Alicia) and supermarket is walkable (aprox 20 mins). The street is not paved and has some construction around it but cars and motorcycle always go around you and honk for you to know they are coming (a flashlight is recommended at night time). Negative: The house itself was not very clean when we arrived and we had to clean it, luckily I always carry clorox wipes with me and we found a broom to sweep the floors. The dishes were also not clean and we ended up not using the kitchen, expect for the microwave and the fridge. These issues didn't bother us much as we managed around it. Although we didn't feel unsafe in the town, it does seem like its a red light district.

Am not going to lie this was a great experience. Even before the trip I reached out to Lamar and every single time he responded within 10 min. Same thing when we got there. Excellent communication from host. Security guy was polite helpful and always available. Great great location and the swimming pool was everything. Highly recommend. Thanks Lamar for your availability.
