All the kitchen, entertainment, and housekeeping staff were very kind and polite. However, the bathroom had mold, and the tea and coffee area was often messy and dirty. Additionally, the entertainment activities lack clear scheduling, organization, and creativity.

Visited with a friend an d our teen daughters. Enjoyed the property.. room had a nice view to front pool and beach. However they had connecting gate close and did not allow access to the beach which is a public beach but it’s a nice beach with locals.

The staff was amazing, very attentive and always with a smile. The food was very good with many healthy options. The room was clean and spacious. I had the best massage at the spa. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be back soon.

My partner was skeptical about this place because people speak very negative about the service but we did the reservation with the black Friday sales to give it a shot and it was good, not great but good. We got a ocean view room, food in general was alright but the la carte Mexican restaurant was delicious. Staff was kind. karaoke and club was a whole vibe. We did enjoy it, specially with the pricing.
