A fabulous brand new two bedroom, two bathroom condo with swimming pool and Patio access located directly on the beach. Check out the views! The condo is safe (night security and daily condo stuff), quiet, family/couple friendly and within walking distance to shopping, restaurants. I would like to introduce you our brand new apartment in Cabarete East. Patio on the sunny roof. Open beach right in front of you. Poll near your apartment. You can get sunrise view right from master bedroom daily and ocean view which is incredible amazing. Wake up daily with the early sunrise and relax whole day on terrace watching and listening to the ocean. Our apartment has 20 square meters terrace, and whole size is over 100m2. Our apartment sleeps up to 6 people and is flexible and suitable for friends and families, with: Master bedroom (air conditioned) - king sized bed and ensuite bathroom with shower Second bedroom - queen sized bed adjoining bathroom with shower, wash machine and dryer. Sofas in living room can sleep two additional people Kitchen is fully equipped. Sliding glass doors open wide to view of the Ocean. Please check out the view from our photos. What you see is what you get! This is a 30 minute walk to the main strip with local bars and restaurants or 3 minutes with car (2,4 km to Janet's Super Market) . If you wish to rent a car the condo has free parking. We can arrange airport pick up and drop off - just let us know in advance. We will have a driver waiting for you with a sign. The cost is exactly the same as a taxi ($45). Information for Kiteboarders: Location - Our apartment in the opposite direction of Kitebeach (East - towards La Boca). You can certainly head down to Kite beach (recommend taking a moto - we can arrange it for you - as it would be a bit of a walk) - however there is no need as we have * FABULOUS* Kiting right in front the Residencial Mananero. Catch the wind and launch from the beach. The waves can be larger so this spot is not recommended for beginners - but competent intermediates will have no trouble. If you can kite upwind it will take approx. 20 minutes to get up to the river (La Boca) where you can kite on flat water. Another option is to kite downwind to Kite Beach or Encuentro, and take a moto back to the condo. Moto one way cost app. 70-100 DOP. Our rates include weekly maid service for stays of a week or more. For longer stays, cleaning of 1x per week is included. You can also ask for daily cleaning for special rate. Front beach access, allows you to walk on empty beach whenever you want. Our kitchen is fully equipped, 2 AC´s are available and fan also. This place is really good If you prefer quiet, calm and luxury living with spectacular view. Best place for kite surfing, windsurf, paddle boarding, water sports, beach volleyball, walking on sand... (A1)
