A 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo in the center of Sosua, in the gated Residence 'Blue Garden' (including a secured parking), on the second floor of a 3-storey building. The Residence boasts a large sparkling swimming pool (with a separate section for children), a playground for kids and a BBQ area. Pets are also allowed.
The unit has a size of 1485 sqf (138 sqm) and is fully furnished and equipped. The first bedroom has a king-size bed with orthopedic mattress, while the second bedroom has a full-size bed and 2 bunk beds. Ideal for a family with kids! For larger groups, there are other units available in the same Residence.
Walking distance to everything in town (it is located in El Batey, the center of Sosua, just off the Pedro Clisante road): all restaurants, shops, bars, clubs, beaches are within a few minutes walk.
For larger groups, there are several condos available in this residence (for example p3864011 and p3863277).
A few house rules:
- The residence is not suitable for groups of men (if you need a guest-friendly accommodation, please contact us).
- No smoking inside the villa.

El apartamento J1 fue fantástico, todo estaba como en las imágenes y funcionaba a la perfección, el cóndominio está en perfecto funcionamiento, la piscina fue maravillosa y todo en general, es un ambiente tranquilo y en general todo queda cerca, perfecto para pasar tiempo en familia y amigos!

We had a great time here. We have a family of five, and the three kids enjoyed the pool, the big tv, and surprisingly good wifi! We all liked the comfortable and new furniture. The place was very clean and well maintained. We will recommend this place to our friends!

Blue Garden condos, a real gem!
We really enjoyed our time at Sosua and particularly in the very nice accommodation that Blue Gardens condo offers. This one in particular was very spacious, we were only 2 but could have easily accommodated 4 people and more! Two complete bathroom, a very nice kitchen, comfortable beds and a great view on the pool which was kept clean daily. We were about 1 mile away from the main beach which is a very nice one, we enjoyed snorkling and it has a nice corail reef you can swim to and explore. The owner Fabio was very attentive to our needs and responded very quickly, we could not have asked for more! One thing that nobody can do anything about it, it is the Dominican Republic! a lot of dogs and roosters in the neighborhood!
