Total area is 53 m², bright living room/kitchen with lake view, spacious windows, dining group for 4 and working desk for remote working. Spreadable sofa bed in the living area, width 160 m, for 2 people. Spacious bedroom with double bed and wardrobes.
Sauna (electric sauna stove), washroom/WC. Access from the kitchen to spacious terrace. Glazedt 8,5 m² terrace with furnitures. There is also warm ski maintenance room on the ground floor (for shared use). Washing machine with drying function. Children's equipment will be delivered if necessary.
The building has elevator, the apartment is also suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Dedicated and numbered parking space with wall outlet, no. 4, next to the house.
