This stunning villa boasts a spacious terrace with an infinity pool overlooking electric blue waters. There's access to the ocean below which contains the edges of Curacao's best coral reef. Home owners direct ocean access is 100 feet away from the house The villa has modern appliances & cozy furnishings. This home is secluded in an enclave where there are only 15 ocean front villas in complete privacy. Gated house in a gated community. Total privacy

The main house boasts three bedrooms and two baths, completely equipped and decorated in modern Caribbean flair. The kitchen is equipped for even the most discriminating gourmet cook. Detached from the main house, there is also a separate master quarters. The entire villa can accommodate 8 persons in total luxury and comfort with one king size bed, two queen size beds and two single beds.

From the infinity terrace you will enjoy an uninterrupted view of the ocean and sky. Swimming in the pool looking over the ocean under a sky lit night is an unforgettable experience. Birds, butterflies, hummingbirds and iguanas surround you in this half an acre ocean-front estate.

Coral Cliff Villa is located about thirty minutes from the airport and 40 minutes from the Blue Bay golf course or the world famous Willemstad. It’s remote location makes car rental an absolute necessity, but the total tranquility and peace of mind is well worth it. In 1997, the UNESCO World Heritage Site committee selected the historic city center of Willemstad—one of just six Caribbean sites chosen—because of its “outstanding value and integrity, which illustrates the organic growth of a multicultural community over three centuries, and preserves to a high degree significant elements.”

What can you do in this beautiful ocean paradise? Swim, snorkel, scuba dive, fish from your own backyard, hike the nearby mountains, go horseback riding or simply do nothing and enjoy a spectacular surrounding. Maybe you would befriend one of the friendly neighbors and discover the history of the largest of the Netherlands Antilles. Or you could enjoy any of the hundreds point of interests just a few minutes away by car.

In Curacao you are almost guaranteed a perfect weather. Curacao is outside the hurricane belt, Tsunami proof, has never in recorded history suffered an earthquake and there are no poisonous animals on the island

Wonderful getaway location great for relaxing and enjoying the beauty of Curacao. The house is away from the major city so the atmosphere is quiet and the views are excellent. The pool was a nice extra benefit. This property has everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Car rental is a must for grocery runs and to check out all that the island has to offer.

Our family of four had a wonderful vacation at Coral Cliff Villa.Communication with the owner and house manager was very good, they answer all of our questions in a timely manner before and during the stay.The Villa is beautiful and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the pool, and eating breakfast and dinner outside with the famouly ocean view. Would recommend staying here again.

The location is amazing and the home perfect for our family of 5 using just the main house. We did not need the separate cottage. The house was very well appointed with all of the little things. What an amazing place to stay to experience curaçao! The house is beautiful the location superb! The property managers live just down the street & were wonderful! The kitchen truly has anything you would need to make a beautiful dinner, cutlery, knives, pans & spices. Having a place outside Willemstad was a fabulous idea…,everything on the island is still close & you have total freedom… a morning swim & sunset in the pool were beyond wonderful.

Great private getaway

A beautiful house with lots of room right on the ocean. This is a perfect out-of-the-way place for R&R. Since it is out of the way, make sure and stock up on food and provisions for your stay. There are a few markets on the way out of town from the airport-about a 35-40 minute drive to the house. Once settled in, you have a great view and setting on the deck and pool. Some good snorkeling is available just down the stairs from the deck. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would book it again.

When you go on vacation and can forget work it is perfect! The villa was wonderful. We went off and enjoyed Curacao each day and loved coming home to enjoy cocktails at the pool, listening to the waves and the wonderful breeze. My husband and daughters loved the scuba diving and we all enjoyed the Blue Room and snorkeling. We enjoyed Shete Boka, and Hato Caves. We had a very enjoyable day in Willemstad and fun day at Klein Curacao. Great vacation, beautiful villa, great owner, and very helpful property managers.

If You Love Snorkling and Lots of Birds

This is our second time staying at the property and we love it. If you are a good swimmer, you can climb the ladder and jump right into the water and see coral almost immediately. I snorkels almost every day, but I recommend fins to push you through any waves. The reef here is magnificent. We also loved putting out our papaya skins on a plate for the birds to eat. Of course the best part of staying here is the infinity pool and the amazing view!

This was our 2nd time renting Oceanfront. Group of 5 divers. Just as nice the 2nd time around. Perfect for our needs. Great location in a less crowded area with beautiful view, The new ladder made ocean access easier but you still had to wait for calmer seas for entry. The house included everything needed, kitchen well supplied for any type of meal. The separate bedroom and bath made for spacious living. This was a clean well kept house. A very relaxing stay, Highly recommended.

This is our favorite rental ever!

We travel quite a bit but have never stayed in a place like this. The location is unbelievable (if you like quiet, privacy and lots of amazing birds and snorkeling right out your door). I don't even want to go anywhere else on the island. Note that this is our second time renting this home and we look forward to coming back again in future years. My favorite moments are coffee in the morning while looking down over the coral. We've seen so much wildlife right from the deck. From pods of dolphins, to sea turtles, to barracuda.... nevermind the amazing birds. Thanks so much for sharing your home!

Lovely charming house

Very spacious house, oceanfront, you can listen to the crashing waves all the time. Although certainly not a recent build, the house is full of charm and yesteryear glory, yet with all modern conveniences (A/C, dishwasher, washer/dryer, state-of-the-art mosquito screen on the porch). There are neighbors on both sides, but we never heard them. Osvaldo and Dirk were easy to communicate with and answered all our inquiries with patience.

Perfect for large groups

The property manager, Dirk and his wife, did an excellent job greeting us and showing us the house. The location right on the ocean with a pool makes it perfect for large groups considering the cost and how large the house is. Sadly, for smaller groups like ours who just want space and a nice place to stay, this house has not been maintained by the owner. Many little things wrong with the house, fans not working, drains slow to drain, a door that either doesn’t latch or doesn’t close depending on the humidity. Many little things wrong that detracted from the beautiful view. A car is a must and the nearest stores and restaurants are at least 15 minutes away.

Perfect Villa in Paradise

If you're looking for the best place to stay in Curacao, look no further, this villa is it. When you first arrive, you are greeted by property managers Dirk and Inge and are given a complete tour of the property. They live just a stones throw from the villa and will help you with anything you need. Osvaldo, the owner was excellent to deal with and very responsive. Always responded back to me within minutes. He even allowed me to switch my dates due to the island shutdown during the pandemic. Very accommodating with no penalty. The villa sits on a cliff and has the best view on the island. Snorkeling right in front on a great reef. You will need a rental car for this end of the island, very private and isolated, but worth it. It is so quiet there. Just the way I like it. You will find yourself spending all your time in the infinity pool, the view is breathtaking of the Caribbean. My wife Kim and I spent 2 weeks and had the vacation of our lives. Perfect Caribbean Escape

Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us! After a long 20 months of COVID restrictions, we all needed this vacation and Curacao was the perfect escape. The house spacious, clean and was stocked with everything we needed. The location was picturesque, peaceful and remote (not easy to locate initially but worth the adventure; you definitely want to rent a car to explore the island). Highlights of the trip included climbing Mt. Christoffel, Shete Boka, Willemstad, the Ostrich Farm, and several beaches including Playa Porto Mari, Kokomo, Playa Piskado (snorkeling with turtles) and Playa Grandi. Local restaurants were excellent including Cactus Cafe in Westpunt (the African peanut soup with banana was excellent) and Shelterrock Paradise (family owned/operated; great food and hospitality). Snorkeling directly out from the house was some of the best on the island. The reef was healthy and vibrant with corals, diverse fish population and even eels and octopus. Inge and Dirk were ever so helpful with our orientation and periodic check-ins. They clearly wanted to ensure our needs were met. Oswaldo was excellent in his communications during this entire process, from booking thru re-booking last year due to travel bans, and guiding us to the property. He was very prompt with his replies and always so courteous! We highly recommend this property for couples, families or gathering of friends. We'd come back a second time!!

Lovely vacation

This was an absolutely amazing vacation. The house is very charming and in a secluded location. Keep in mind that the bedrooms have air conditioning but all other living spaces do not. Therefore, we didn’t use the common areas of the house as it was just too hot for us. We spent most days on the patio and in the pool, which was lovely. We travelled all over the island and never had any safety issues. However, one thing of concern for me is that this house was listed as being a gated house in a gated community. The community gate was kept open at all times and there was no security or attendant. The gate to the house rolled open and shut by hand without the ability to be locked. The added safety features was the reason I selected this home for our vacation and I was quite disappointed that they didn’t function. We were advised that gangs had taken over the Playa Hundu beach that is very close to this house and accessible only by using the one access road to the subdivision. That left us a bit on edge. Otherwise, we really enjoyed the vacation.
