The Cocoonr/Bookandpay agency offers this charming air-conditioned house with a swimming pool for rent in Sotta. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, it has a surface area of 65 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests. It features a lovely 25 m² living room, an open-plan equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, and two bathrooms (with showers). Wi-Fi included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 25 m² living room with sofa and TV
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- A utility room with washing machine and drying rack
- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite bathroom (with shower)
- Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite bathroom (with shower)
- Bedroom 3: with two single beds (80x200)
- A separate toilet
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha grill, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A private heated swimming pool with a security alarm and 4 sun loungers are waiting for you to enjoy the sunny days. Accessible all year round, weather permitting.
- A furnished wooden terrace with woven resin garden furniture with comfortable cushions, parasol, and plancha grill.
