Spacious, luxurious and modern apartment of 105 m2 furnished any new comfort.

Ideally located in the quiet along the Canal de la Marne au Rhin Souffelweyersheim, 6 km from Strasbourg in France, on the 3rd floor of a luxury residence with unobstructed water views, this apartment is the ideal place for a pleasant stay, particularly by the comfort and quiet it offers, you are with family, friends or business travelers.
With a capacity of 8 to 10 people (+ possibility bed (s) Baby) or 5 beds for 2 people, it is composed as follows:
- 3 very comfortable rooms with a bed of 160 x 200 cm (duvet and 4 pillows), 2 bedside tables, 1 wardrobe and LED TV 80 cm in 2 rooms; high quality bedding.
- Lounge / dining room with 2 sofa beds with a sleeping 140 x 200 cm each, living room table, LED TV and TV stand 102 cm, DVD player, dining room table that seats up to 12 people 8 chairs, 4 stools.
- Fully equipped Kitchen Gourmet (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, 4 induction hob, extractor, dishwasher, coffee machine SENSEO, toaster and kettle); table and 2 chairs.
- Bathroom with washing machine and dryer
- Bathroom with shower, double sink, toilet and large closet
- 1 WC
- 2 large terraces facing east and west of 20 and 10 m2. The 20 m2 terrace is fitted with an electric blind, table and chairs for up to 10 people and 2 chairs.

Absolutely wonderful stay! Christine met us for check in and walked us through how everything works. It was extremely helpful. The apartment is very well set up and the kitchen has everything you need to cook, if you choose to. There are plenty of dishes and silverware to accommodate larger groups as well as a large dining table.

Excellent modern apartment just outside Strasbourg with easy tram/bus line connections

This gem is located in a quiet northern suburb of Strasbourg. The host let us check in early and gave us a great overview of the apartment and the transportation options if you don’t utilize a car. Strasbourg and Colmar are worthy of a five day vacation on their own. The cobblestone roads and old rustic homes and buildings are spectacular. You must take the boat tour and visit the Cathedral of Norte Dame in Strasbourg. Thanks Christine for such a great vacation!

What a stunning apartment! Beautifully furnished with everything you need for a home from home holiday and ideally situated between the peaceful surroundings of Souffelweyersheim and the nearby canal and the city of Strasbourg. Madame Bingler is a warm and welcoming host and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying here. The transport links are excellent (bus a short walk away and the tram only a few minutes further) so our trips into Strasbourg were easy and comfortable. A gem!

Great Location and Helpful Host

The host, Christine, met us outside the property upon our arrival and gave us a complete tour, showing us all the amenities, which were plentiful. She even returned when a minor issue arose, solving our problem promptly. From the location in a suburb of Strasbourg, it took little more than twenty minutes to get to the quaint “Little France” old city, while offering easy day drives to Colmar and across the border to Baden-Baden. Several cafes were nearby as well as a Super U grocery/department store and gas station. There was a very minor issue with mosquitoes due to recent rains and the nearby stream, but nothing that could not be managed easily. All in all, a very enjoyable stay.

L'appartement est excellent, de la vaisselle en passant par le nĂ©cessaire de mĂ©nage, la machine Ă  laver et le sĂšche linge, le chauffage....on a tout Ă  porter de main comme Ă  la maison. Excellent, well equipped apartment

Christine was very helpful and quick to respond to any queries we had. The apartment was superb with 3 generous double bedrooms. Beautifully furnished, clean and really well equipped. The location was just a short walk from Hoenheim park and ride tram which again was excellent value, with lots to see and do in the centre of Strasbourg. The cathedral and lovely timber buildings are a must see. We took some trips out to Colmar and Obernai which are again very pretty. There is a large supermarket just beyond the tram station and a McDonalds next to that. Eating out there are numerous restaurants in the centre of Strasbourg that catered well for most tastes. We tried flammekeuche a light creamy type of pizza which was delicious. It was over 30'c while we stayed and Christine showed us her two underground garages which was great to keep the car cool. Thank you Christine for a lovely holiday.

Absolutely NOTHING is missing in this apartment - you can spend a comfortable time with your family or friends and enjoy the view from the balcony! Un cadre exceptionnel

Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© une semaine dans ce magnifique appartement qui est trĂšs bien agencĂ© et de trĂšs bon goĂ»t. Nous avons beaucoup apprĂ©ciĂ© la vue le long du canal et nous n’avons manquĂ© de rien. Il est trĂšs bien situĂ© Ă  10 min en voiture de Strasbourg et 10 min de la zone commerciale de Vendenheim. Nous recommandons cet appartement vous ne serez pas déçu. Cordialement MĂ©lanie

Excellent stay in Strasbourg

This apartment is a great base to use to explore Strasbourg and Alsace, with an excellent tram service 5 minutes away to get into the heart of the city and the A4 auto route only 5 minutes away. It was very comfortable and secure with underground car parking and the owner Christine was very helpful and a joy to speak to which is always a bonus when renting in another country. séjour idyllique a souffelweyersheim

Nous avons été trÚs bien reçus lors de notre arrivée. Toutes les infos sur notre séjour nous ont été données. L'appartement est superbe, récent ,spacieux (plus de 100m2) avec vue imprenable sur le canal de la marne au Rhin. 3 grandes chambres dont 2 avec TV . 2 salles de bains dont une dans la suite parentale et 2 Wc . La cuisine est moderne et bien équipée , plus lave linge et sÚche linge. Tout le confort. Le séjour est trÚs grand. Le quartier est calme et si vous ne voulez pas prendre la voiture , ligne de tram à 1km environ avec parking gratuit (avec achat de billet) direction centre ville. Box double en sous sol. Bref ce fut un séjour parfait
